    5 day vacation with 3 adults and 2 young children.

    Clean and staff is friendly. This is our second trip - we come back because of the Kids Club. My son (7) absolutely loves it and they are wonderful with him. Different activities every hour, including pool time, which gives Mom and Dad a break at the adult pool. A win for everyone!

    Absolutely wonderful resort & great service!

    The resort was beautiful & very clean had many restaurants to pick from and they held many great performances during the week. Their entire staff was welcoming & absolutely terrific; from house keeping, room service, pool entertainment to waiter/servers, they totally made us feel welcomed, especially Rengulo & Angelo - Top Service!!! Totally recommend this resort.

    Amazing place, the service was absolutely fantastic! The time in the gand fiesta Americana was great as always. Time flies when you're having a great time, the landscape from the lobby was absolutely beautiful , I will definitely come back .

    Carlos and Victor in the lobby bar at the Grand Fiesta Americana was excellent! Service was super friendly and drinks were perfecto! The resort, itself, was fantastic. Will definitely go again and recommend to friends and family. Looking forward to next time!
