  Great time!

  Loved our time. Breakfast was made great with Alex, Maggie and Carlos as servers. Pool side with Alfredo was awesome- he was very attentive and great to talk to. Love the resort, will be back again.

  Amazing Time

  My family and I had a wonderful time at Grand Fiesta Americana. Some of the highlights: The rooms were clean and spacious with wonderful amenities and high end L'Occitane products. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in every capacity. The resort has many different amenities but the size of the property is very manageable. The pools are lovely and a perfect temperature. They have varying depths so that they are accessible to all different ages and swimming abilities. I want to particularly highlight the food. Having not been to an all inclusive I was unsure what to expect. This resort has many different restaurants with different types of cuisine. All of the food at the restaurants was made fresh to order and everything was delicious! The only buffet was the breakfast buffet and it was truly the best breakfast buffet I have ever had. My son and I are gluten free and we had plenty of options to choose from. There were just so many delicious options. The only time we had to wait for a table was at the italian restaurant because it is a bit smaller, but so insanely good, it was worth the wait. I also want to highlight the entertainment squad at the pool. Diana, Dulce and the whole team led super fun activities and games. The night time activities with the band and live music provided a fun evening activity. Shout out Mario and his mad guitar skills. My teens and I had a blast and won some super cool prizes. The spa is top notch. My husband and I had the most glorious sports massage. We did attend the time share presentation. It was very low key and not a lot of pressure to buy if you did not want to. We stayed at the Grand Club level and really enjoyed the quieter pool and dedicated grand club lounge. This is a wonderful resort for families, couples, or even groups of friends.

  Below average resort and misleading sales staff

  Room maintenance was poor had many issues items that were reported to maintenance that were not fixed correctly and required multiple visits. The other item which was a concern was bait and switch with agreeing to a time share presentation. They say one thing which was agreed upon and witnessed by other individuals at check in but when checking out found that the actual price was misleading as it was different than the agreed to benefit. Management said to bad that was not what the actual price was so I agreed to something that was misrepresented and they could care less as a result the visit cost me a few hundred more than it should have. Resort also appears to be lacking some basic landscaping maintenance that took away from the feeling of a higher end facility which they claim to be. Overall a disappointing visit

  Fiesta Americana Five Star Service

  Alex at breakfast is wonderful. Attentive, polite and a hard worker. Oscar at the pool is always on top of it and makes the day so much fun. Brenda in charge of kids club is just one and a million. Her smile and genuine way she makes you feel special and her presence is a gift. Nicole at the front in charge of guests services is also so kind and sincere. Every guest should have a hug from Nicole. We have been coming here for years and staff like this is what makes it worth coming back time and again. Each of these people make my families experience special each vacation. They all are 5 Star people and employees!!

  A Honeymoon to Remember

  My husband and I came to Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos on our honeymoon. We had a fantastic time. While the resort may be a little dated, the staff were exceptional! We booked a Solarium Room and had poolside service from Gerameis the whole week. He went above and beyond and hustled the entire time even if it was sweltering outside. He was so nice to us both and our drinks were never empty. Alex & Angel took care of us every morning at Vina Del Mar for breakfast. Not only were they attentive but both had some good jokes! The rooms were clean and the grounds were very nicely kept up. These people work hard. Tip the staff, I promise they deserve every penny!!! Thank you, Fiesta American, for making our honeymoon a week we won’t forget!
