Alexandro at the pool was awesome! Took care of our group of 11 for two days all day. Great food and drinks! He was quick and professional and great attitude!

Excellent service
I got excellent service at the hotel. From maintenance to waiting staff everyone was friendly and helpful. Jerson at the reception was a star - great service and personal skills. Makes such a difference to a stay! Highly recommended

Viña del Mar - The Golden Boys
Alex, Angel, Manases "The Golden Boys" at Viña del Mar, made every morning enjoyable. From our first breakfast there at the buffet, they knew our drink choices, were always friendly, personable, & professional.

Great resort!! Friendly staff! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great vacay for two weeks! We are quiet beach people, and we’re well looked after by Eduardo and Jorge! The restaurants were great, food very good for all inclusive! Breakfast buffet was wonderful - thanks to Victor, and really all the staff. Dinner is all at à la carte restaurants and we cannot pick a favorite! The sushi restaurant, while a limited menu was very tasty, with (again) great staff. Italian, Mexican, and Thai restaurants also great! The grounds are very tidy, with beautiful gardens. The pool area is beautiful! The resort is built up a rock wall so almost every room and restaurant has a view across the pools to the ocean! Whales every day, all day! The room was a king, ocean view and we looked out to the sunrise over the ocean every morning❤️.
