  AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

  Renovation/building WORK at the hotel. AVOID LIKE THE PLAQUE. Loud drilling and hammering on floor 6 and 7 of the hotel which is causing the bathroom floor to vibrate. 6th of Nov 2025. The hotel management had the opportunity to inform us prior to booking the room and they chose not to. Work will continue for months. Staff are very dismissive of this concern. 🙁 Video clip attached.

  Worst resort at Cancun, oasis palm, oasis pyramid and sens too

  First thing my reservation was for palm oasis, so they give me room at sens, ok we accept, room not good at all, strollers not accessible at all, because i was with kids! I don’t recommend, worst resorts at all , is same with oasis palm, oasis pyramids, sens all locations i have tried so very disappointed, don’t spend your Tyrone be mad with staff and everything you will make disappointed!

  Serious Health Issue, Poor Management Response

  Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and concerning from a health and safety standpoint. We stayed for 6 nights as a group of 14 people (6 children, 8 adults). Beginning the evening of December 26, 2025, every single person in our group became sick with the same symptoms: vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramps, and fever. Several of us were incapacitated for days, and some experienced symptoms well after we returned home. Medical professionals advised that this was likely norovirus, which commonly spreads through contaminated food, water, or surfaces. While at the hotel, we spoke with multiple other guests who were experiencing identical symptoms, and hotel staff also told us they were sick, which was extremely alarming. The illness was severe. Adults were unable to leave bed, children were vomiting through the night, and several kids and adults had bathroom accidents because they could not reach a restroom in time. Much of our group was confined to rooms, making the stay essentially unusable. When we reported this to hotel management, we were told there was nothing they could do to help or compensate us, aside from not charging us to see the hotel doctor. After returning home, we followed up formally. A refund was denied, and although we were later told the case would be referred to insurance, no follow-up ever occurred. Even aside from the illness, the experience did not match what was advertised: Food quality was poor and often cold Restaurant wait times were very long Pool and beach seating was extremely limited despite website photos Drinks were low quality with little variety This was not just a bad vacation — it was a serious health incident that was handled poorly. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this hotel, especially for families.

  Full of disappointments

  The hotel rooms were dirty and shabby. The area rugs next to the bed were filthy,the blankets were stained and the makeup mirror was full of rust. The air conditioner was set to high and couldn’t be adjusted until maintenance came to climb up in the ceiling to fix it. The hosts at the restaurant unsmiling and rude. When we arrived for a 9:30 pm appointment (which we were advised to come at 9:20) the host told us it was 9:17and she couldn’t seat us. If you don’t make a dinner appointment you can wait in line for 45 minutes! There are no lounge chairs by the pool. If you arrived at the beach past 9:30 am you could not find an unoccupied chair

  The sens

  Ok I wrote a review on here and I have deleted it as Eduado the director could not help us enough and from the day my husband spoke to him he made all the corrections that I was complaining about complete, im just annoyed with myself that we didn't speak with Eduado sooner as I just assumed nothing would change but believe me it did. The restaurant has lurpak butter,you have more variety of food and Gourmet restaurant was perfect, cocoa restaurant very nice, beach beautiful, I would recommend the sens as you can use next door hotel but if you book oasis next door it looked hectic and the sens you never had to cue as you did next door, but all I can say is thankyou Eduado for making the rest of our trip beautiful
