  AVOID!! Extremely disappointing

  I would not recommend this hotel. My partner, our two children, and I stayed here for 10 days, and from the moment we started eating at the hotel we all suffered from upset stomachs. It became so severe that we had to visit the pharmacy twice and eventually eat out or order takeaways, despite paying a lot of money for an all-inclusive stay at what was advertised as a 4/5-star hotel — which it definitely is not. Hygiene standards were extremely poor. Staff were seen scratching their heads and then handling food, we found hair in our meals, and overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The hotel itself was in bad condition, with crumbling walls, dirty plates left everywhere, leaves in the pool, and even a cockroach found in our room. The shower temperature was impossible to regulate, being either freezing cold or scalding hot. Our TV did not work, and when we raised this with staff, instead of fixing the issue we were offered a room upgrade for an additional $450, which was completely unacceptable given the problems we were already experiencing. We were not the only ones affected — many other families were unhappy and unwell during our stay. The entire 10 days were an absolute disappointment, not just for us but for several other guests as well.

  Good for families with kids.

  Travelled with my family beginning of January 2026. Location was about 40 min from Cancun airport. The hotel is 3 out of 5. Good for families with kids, lots of shows in the evening. The beach was very small, the water wasn’t super clean. Not enough beach chairs, not enough beach towels,you have to wake up early in the morning to get the chairs. Hotel lobby is nice, but they have only 2 small elevators that sometimes you have to wait while it’s crowded in the lobby. We had to take the stairs up and stairs down sometimes. No waves at all, the water was very quiet. The rooms were nice and clean , but very noisy in the night time because of the traffic outside. Outside the hotel you can go for a walk and find pharmacies and shopping malls. They’re all about 20-30 min walk.

  Awful

  Currently here now i am not one to write reviews but I feel it needs to be done, we booked this hotel seeing it was a 5 * luxury resort we booked 2 weeks we have been here 1 week and looking into getting home, it's dirty, sunbeds are few and far between, the food is diabolical, it's always cold,yesterday my husband made toast then asked a waiter for butter and he said no butter today and my husband said sorry he said again no butter maybe tomorrow, this morning there was 2 long black hairs in the scrambled eggs, last night I was sitting on the toilet then a cockroch ran between my legs,the pools are green and slimey round edges, people are ill here, and before people think I'm just bull******** I have pictures of it all for proof. If you booked 5* luxury then sorry you haven't. Sorry for long review but I'm very angry and disappointed.RUN DOWN HOTEL.

  Terrible experience at Sens Cancun

  Terrible hotel. We went with our entire family, 14 people, and everyone got terribly sick. The hotel took no responsibility or accountability for anything. Poorly managed, terrible food and run down facilities. Don't stay at this hotel.

  Would not return reviews are right

  This is a tough review, and I could go through everything that went wrong and write a novel. Instead I will write about the things that you will NOT get here that many quality AI’s will have. 1)easy access to food it’s. You will be in long lines. We know of people that didn’t even get dinner. also not good food here. 2) Pool chairs and comfortable areas to relax. Unlike other resorts, there are no pool chairs around the pools. The lobby/waiting area has no chairs or couches. 3)Heated pools. There are other resorts like this, but tough for my kids who love to swim get cold and have to stop. 4)Butter. A resort with no real butter. My kids love toast but spit it out when they tasted the gross margarine they have. 5)Blankets. The beds do not have blankets. They have sheets and an equally thin top, but no actual blanket. 6)Pool/beach waitservice. 7)problem free rooms. Old rooms multiple problems had to have maintenance come a few times. 8)Clean drink cups? They recluse the branded plastic cups they give out. I say them get cleaned at the bar with soap and a sponge, but still made Me nervous drinking from already used cups. 9) Friendly customer service or Easy time finding staff that cared. I saved money going here, but in the end we wasted money.
