A fantastic week to celebrate my daughter’s wedding. Julisa was incredibly helpful in keeping things organized even when we had to move venues last minute. Thank you. The entire resort staff were friendly and very helpful. We will be back!!!

Fantastic Family Vacation at Family Selection – Highly Recommend!
We just returned from an amazing week at the Family Selection at Grand Palladium Select Bávaro from January 27 to February 3 with our family of 5 (including three wonderful children), and it was everything we hoped for and more! This adults-and-kids-friendly section of the resort felt like a perfect VIP oasis within the larger Grand Palladium complex. The Family Selection perks made all the difference for us. Our spacious suite was modern, clean, and super comfortable with plenty of room for everyone – the kids loved the extra space to play. The exclusive family pool and beach area were never overcrowded, and the kids’ activities and family-focused amenities kept our little ones entertained from morning to night. The all-inclusive dining was excellent, with great variety at the buffets and à la carte restaurants – fresh seafood, kid-friendly options, and delicious desserts every day. The beach was beautiful with soft white sand and calm waters, perfect for building sandcastles and splashing around. What really stood out was the outstanding staff. Our butler, Rafael, was an absolute superstar! He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and proactive – checking in daily to make sure we had everything we needed, helping with restaurant reservations, arranging special surprises for the kids, and handling any little requests with a big smile. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and memorable. We can’t thank him enough! A huge shoutout also to Victor, one of the bellboys – he was so kind, helpful, and energetic every time we saw him. Whenever we needed a ride to or from our room (especially handy with three kids and all our gear!), we could always count on him to be there quickly and cheerfully. Whether assisting with luggage, giving directions, or just saying hello with genuine warmth, he made us feel so welcome right from arrival. The entire team contributed to the positive vibe, but Rafael and Victor were definite highlights for sure. Overall, this was a relaxing, fun, and hassle-free family getaway. The resort is well-maintained, the service is top-notch (especially in Family Selection), and it’s ideal for families with children. We’d love to come back and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with kids! 5/5 bubbles – Thank you, Grand Palladium Bávaro Family Selection team!

We loved the resort. Beautiful and nice long walks are a bonus, but there are trams if you need. Rooms are so comfortable, the unrenovated as well as the renovated ones. Huge variety of restaurants was very impressive. The pools at Grand palladium Bavaro are really only designed for families with small children, so any couples that are young or old travelling without children would be quite disappointed trying to have a relaxing pool day with either of the 2 pools. Not a very well thought out design. We still would recommend a vacation here, as it really is an enjoyable resort!
