This hotel property is not trust worthy. Someone stole $250 from our room 16421 during our stay. Staff cannot be trusted and Hotel should fix this and reimburse Our money.

Paddleboarding with Mariela was fantastic. We went with a couple who hadn't gone before and wr had. Everyone got their needs met and she was so fun and friendly.

Traval Club reception (Mr Jose)
Hello, We would like to bring to your attention our sincere appreciation following the assistance we received regarding an issue during our stay at your establishment. We would especially like to highlight the professionalism, availability, and efficiency of Mr. Jose at the Travel Club reception, whose intervention was exemplary. His courteous attitude and genuine concern for finding a prompt solution greatly contributed to resolving the situation satisfactorily and made our experience much more positive. Such a level of commitment to guest service truly deserves recognition, and we wished to share this with you.
