Very disappointed. Staff had some flashes of greatness. Don't eat the food unless you're reserving a restaurant for dinner. Unless you pay for the family selection or TRS it's pretty boring here. Drink and swim. You have to pay to do any sort of entertainment here.

We had an amazing stay at Grand Palladium and TRS at the beginning of February 2025. It was last minute booking as we had given up on all-inclusive resorts in Mexico and booked a condo; however the condo was not as advertised or as expected so in looking for somewhere last minute, we came across Grand Palladium. We initially stayed in the family selection area of Grand Palladium and then moved over to TRS as we were a couple traveling without kids. Both areas were great and staff so friendly and helpful! The food was the best we have ever experienced at an all-inclusive in Mexico and we have stayed at many. Our favourites were the Japanese Teppanyaki, French, Italian, and the homemade pizza at one of the pools but the food was all great! There were plenty of loungers at the pools and on the beach with no issues getting them at any time. We did not have to get up early for access. Shout out to Jamie (Rodrigo) and Andreas at the TRS palladium experience/member only pool section, they went above and beyond our expectation making our stay a vacation to remember. Also, a special thank you to our butlers, Michelle and Frida at Grand Palladium Family Selection and Jose, Edwin and Misael at TRS for all their assistance during our stay! Thank you to all the other great staff at the restaurants and spa as well! Just book, you won't regret it!

9 days using our Palladium Travel Club. Week away from Alaska soaking up the sun and surf. 5 plus resort. Must do!
Amazing resort and experience. The Duncan beach bar is the best. The staff everywhere is friendly and special shout out to Israel. He really was kind to me and my son. Definitely recommend this place. The serve you on the beach which is the softest white sand I have ever seen and I’ve been around the world. Godbless Mi Amigos at Grand Palladium Costa Mujares and we’ll see you again 👍❤️❤️❤️

Awesome pool side activities at the Grand Palladium main pool!
We were here for March break. Jean and Abraham were awesome with pool side activities! Tons of POP poolside activities! Ping pong all day and volleyball on a few days. Gave that pool slide a try for the adults too. Jean on the connect 4 look out!! Good team at this place.

Disappointed
Dissatisfied/ disappointed. Definitely would not recommend this resort to anyone. The service is definitely below standards and the food was not good at all. Staff was not friendly and seemed annoyed anytime I had a question or request.
