Oct 05, 2026Great workers and great food…bad experience overall
The workers were, are amazing…the food, at least the food my wife and I had was excellent! Overall experience was a bummer and disappointing ! Rest of my extended family thought the food was okay, good at best! My wife and I had a great food experience ! Sadly though…Hot room when first entering and getting checked in. Door handle falling out of door when going into room for first time. Room and bathroom was filthy. One sink handle came off sink. Refrigerator was busted and not working when we got into room with all the drinks and snacks hot. sheets were replaced one morning and had stains on them. Very warm and hot room throughout the trip. Never got cold. Would not recommend to any friend or family and would not stay again because of the horrible room stay and welcoming. Again, workers and food was, were excellent and were the only saving grace!

Oct 03, 2026Disappointing Ocean-View Room and Poor Follow-Up
We recently stayed at the Grand Palladium and booked an ocean-view room. Unfortunately, the ocean was not actually visible from inside the room. We had to go outside and lean our heads to the left just to see a small portion of the ocean. We reported the issue twice and were told that our room would be changed. However, during our five-day stay, we never received any follow-up, update, or explanation. The issue was never resolved. What made the experience even more disappointing was that, instead of properly addressing our concern, the staff repeatedly focused on trying to upsell us to a membership. We felt that more attention was given to promoting the membership than to resolving the problem with our room. We understand that room changes depend on availability, but we expected better communication and customer service. If a room is advertised as ocean-view, guests should be able to see the ocean from inside the room—not only by stepping outside and looking around the side of the building. Overall, the room did not meet our expectations, and the lack of follow-up and focus on membership upselling made the experience even more disappointing. I hope the hotel reviews how these rooms are advertised and improves its customer service.
