    Grand Experience

    I must say my experience at Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort was okay. Though I did not get a chance to make use of the hotel because I came on business. The view was amazing I love it. I hope to come back again this time less business and more fun.

    Favorite Jamaican Resort

    As I mentioned prior all the staff are efficient, courteous and happy to accommodate. Special recognition to Roy and his team, and Vidal and the other bartenders upstairs. This was our 3rd time at Palladium and expect to return every year.

    Very unsatisfactory.

    Property was beautiful and well maintained . The property also had some Amazing staff members. Big up to the Kiddies club that was the highlight of my trip! Especially Trizzel who went above and beyond for my baby boy. Food needs improvement and biasness of some staff towards tourist. The specialty restaurants were amazing. Buffet needs improvement. No one cleaned my room the entire stay!!! So annoyed. Ameliek the Bell Man was exceptional although I didn’t see him after my first day. Spa cost is ridiculously high for locals as well

    Beautiful - until there’s sick in the pool

    Beautiful hotel, in glorious surroundings! We are just about to head home after two weeks here. The staff are always friendly, and the restaurants have great food which caters for everyone! HOWEVER….. 3 times in one week everyone sadly got kicked out of the main pool because of ‘people’ sitting all day at the swim up bar and then throwing up in the pool! No consequences whatsoever to the lightweights! We have all spent thousands to get here only to get whistled out of the pool in the afternoon heat! It’s not on…. Definitely some very annoyed visitors!!!!
