Bad experience
Bad Beach. Limited activities. Only 2 restaurant opens a day. The steak house which is the only one we feel OK only opened one night for the entire week we stayed. It is saying the hotel located at montego bay bit is is actually 45 minutes away.

A Very Expensive Disappointment!
We made our reservations back in September. We called a week after the hurricane to see if we needed to cancel or reschedule and we were told everything was good and there would be no problem. We called again four days before we traveled and we were told everything was back and at 100% capacity. When we arrived on December 2 we were told our accommodations had been moved to another hotel because ours was shut down, then we were placed one a room that was on the top floor with no elevators and it had a non-working AC, broken fridge, and there was nothing stocked in the bar. Then none of the televisions worked as they had no channels whatsoever, only two of the restaurants are open each night out of the seven they have. The chlorine was so high in our personal pool that it completely bleached out her brand new bathing suit and you weren’t able to breathe for the fumes. They did compensate us for the bathing suit but due to all the other issues and limitations, it completely ruined a very expensive vacation. We did not have access to our excursion that was part of our contract, there was no other options offered or any type of compensation to make up for it. Our Palladium dollars we have in our contract were turned into points and we could not use them at the gift shop or anything that we wanted to. It was completely miserable to say the least. This could go on and on but the biggest problem was no communication. And we did our part to call first and check on everything - we were definitely told everything was great. That was just a lot of money for very little in return.

Outstanding
Everyone was wonderful. So pleasant and helpful. Vidal was a wonderful, friendly, and very attentive. Great bartender. He took care of us every night. I wish I remembered everyone else's names. To give them a shout out. Absolutely a great experience. Thanks to all for making our stay so memorable.

Amazing vacation
We recently stayed at the Grand Palladium in Jamaica. At first we were unsure if they would be ready after the hurricaine devistation. Not only were they ready for visitors, they were constantly working to fix the damages. Our room was clean, spacious, and well stocked. Housekeeping and mini bar service was done each day. The restaurants were good and we enjoyed a variety of different foods. In addition, the Jerk Huts were fantastic. The beverage service was also teriffic. There were plenty of bars and drink carts everywhere. Miss Lou's Coffee Shop was our favorite hangout. Not only could you get a delicious fresh ground and brewed coffee, they had so many choices for alcoholic versions and a full bar! The service at Miss Lou's was exceptional, including recommendations based on our tastes. The beaches were clean and there were plenty of lounge chairs neatly arranged each morning. The horseshoe pool was gigantic and very clean, again with plenty of lounge chairs. Restrooms were everywhere, really clean, and well stocked. The employees were friendly and provided exceptional service everywhere. I would like to return to the Grand Palladium Jamaica in a year or more to see what it is like when in full swing. Recommend this resort!
