    Aunties Outside

    This trip was GREAT, special shout-out to the following staff: The first person is Mr. Deyter, the Concierge. The front desk said our room was ready, but it wasn't. Deyter was able to get us a new room assigned and make sure our luggage got to our newly assigned room. Mr. Juan, the Concierge, was there every time I needed him. Someone in the group was hurt, and Juan came to get us to assist us in getting the care she needed. Wait staff: Roman and Willman give the group their full attention every time. Bartender: Santo at the Secrets pool is just the best.

    Punta Cana 2025

    I would like to give a special thanks to Roman.He made sure our stay there was a very good stay. He always went above and beyond for our group.He was our server at the buffet and El Dorado. He set the bar high providing the Great customer service. I would like to recognize the best Bartender ever Mr.Santo. Thanks for my signature drink " SOMETHING STRONG". He made sure we were comfortable and safe at his bar. Anytime we needed transportation Juan made it happen. He made sure we were able to go out and get souvenirs and KFC, lol. Willman also wwnt above and beyond making our stay a very pleasant one. Shout out to our booze cruise coordinator Levelt, the cruise was everything you said it would be. I can't wait to see you all same time next year!!!
