    Okay for a week constantly getting pestered to buy trips all the time or buy cheap jewellery at top end prices

    So helpful and we look forward to booking more restaurants

    We had the pleasure of meeting Dionisio and Yimi on guest service at the hotel,they were so helpful and sorted out our restaurant bookings and answered all our questions,they are both a credit to the hotel.

    Room smelling like sewage

    Staff doesn’t take accountability when voicing concerns. We had to change rooms due to one of the rooms smelling like straight up sewage. They had the nerve to tell us another room will be available at 5pm when we voiced concerns at 9am. We had to call the supervisor and good thing he was able to help us change rooms. The front desk knew we were there for an event that starts in the afternoon.

    Dream holiday come true

    We have an amazing time at this resort. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They really left the spirit up. I wanna especially mention Dionisio. Any wishes or help your require just go to the lobby and ask for him. Thanks so muc for an amazing stay!
