    Amazing family/friends vacation!

    Aside from the fact that there seemed to be a wedding every night of the week with loud music bouncing off the walls until 11pm-12am (we like to go to bed early) this place ruled!

    Alejandro Cruz and his fellow workers from the Sports bar 🍸 were outstanding 👏 Very good service and nice rooms. I highly recommend 👌 this resort and would be happy to return at some time. Close taxi ride to towns.A well run clean and well maintained spot.

    Excellent and Beautiful

    Fully enjoyed this vacation at this stunningly beautiful resort. The staff were superb, caring, kind and friendly. There were so many food options, multiple pools, many, many activities, a great gym and spa and wonderful beach. I was there for a family wedding which was held on the beach with a reception under the stars by the ocean. This was a life time event for our family to celebrate together in such a beautiful place, it was so so well done. Thank you Grand Palladium.

    Average resort — some highs but many lows

    The pros — decent sports bar, waiters try hard to give you good service and very attentive. Hemingway bar was a bit hidden and the only place to get top shelf drinks, good bartenders there. Pool was clean. The adult pool was warmer because it got more sun but the main pool was ok after a few minutes. Room cleaning was good, we asked for extra pillows and blankets no problem. Plus lots of bottled water for free. Hard working & friendly staff. The cons — the food. Ugh. The main buffet place unfortunately suffered from easy to fix problems. ALL THE SIDE DISHES WERE COLD! Every day! If you want warm or hot food, the only option was the morning omelette station ( which was good) or whatever was being grilled. But all the side dishes were very cold and unappetizing. The heat lamps or under burners were just dreadful because everything tasted like it was cooked an hour ago. The special restaurants on site were disappointing and food suffered from same temperature issues. You had to use their app to make reservations but it was extremely problematic and hard to login without constant error messages. Overall — I would not return nor recommend this place but if you’re on a budget then you will get what you pay for… but I give a lot of credit to the staff. They worked hard & were very friendly. We tipped often. Its not their fault the owners of the resort let the food quality nosedive nor the low shelf alcohol in the main pool areas.

    Trip of a lifetime

    Alejandro Cruz in the sports was awesome made our vacation the best it could be! He made us feel like we were his favorite guests. The chef Julio made the best poutine that I have ever eaten. This was an awesome place to vacation. I would recommend anybody to come visit.
