  Great time to be had.

  Great resort, I have been many times and always had a great time. Is it perfect not for everyone but it ticks all of my box's. Great food and drink and some of the nicest staff you could ever meet. The POP team are out of this world. If you have seen the shows before. Go again they have got better. Latin might 10/10. Rock show 20/10.

  Excellent dinner in Portofino

  Excellent experience in the restaurant Portofino, Gaspar was a wonderful waiter. Ines was an excellent chef asking us about the food. I recommend the restaurant, simply delicious.

  Last Resort

  Staying here for a wedding, the low scores are accurate-no customer service, food at restaurants acceptable but its like the Hunger Games to secure reservations at half-full restaurants, Rude check in staff, pushing club membership, clearly explains the areas you are not allowed to go to with giant X marks on the map which results in only 3 restaurant (not 20) each day. Food hygiene at buffets and bars is beyond bad using same spoons to stir a pina colada and vodka tonic; unattended buffet stations with not enough utensils at other stations. Tried to book a private family dinner-they switched venues and tried to double the price of the quote received. Never experienced poorer service or attitude at a resort that claims to be full service.

  Do not stay here

  During our stay, we were subjected to what can only be described as extortionate and intimidating behaviour by the hotel staff. We were accused of causing damage to a wooden pole on a bridge within the hotel premises and were forced to pay $500 for its repair. This demand was particularly unreasonable given that the repair required only a single screw to fix, making the charged amount grossly disproportionate to the actual cost of remedying the alleged damage. When we requested evidence that we had caused this damage, the hotel staff refused to provide either video footage or written documentation to substantiate their claim. Furthermore, when we asked for an itemised breakdown of the repair costs to justify the $500 charge, this reasonable request was also denied. The hotel's refusal to provide any supporting evidence or cost justification raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of their claim against us. The situation became increasingly distressing when we were presented with an ultimatum: pay the $500 immediately or vacate the hotel premises, despite having paid for our accommodation in full. When we requested to speak with a manager to resolve this matter reasonably, we were met with an individual who offered no solutions or compromise whatsoever. Most disturbingly, this person laughed and sniggered at our predicament, showing complete disregard for our distress and the seriousness of the situation. I must emphasise that we have video evidence clearly showing that the bridge in question was already in a state of disrepair, appearing old, damaged, and frankly unsafe. This evidence demonstrates that any damage to the structure could have been caused by anyone and would have occurred easily due to the bridge's unstable condition. The hotel's failure to maintain their facilities in a safe condition should not result in guests being held financially responsible for pre-existing structural deficiencies. The entire experience left us feeling frightened and scared, completely undermining what should have been an enjoyable holiday. The aggressive and intimidating tactics employed by the hotel staff, combined with their refusal to provide evidence or justification for their demands, constitutes wholly unacceptable treatment of paying customers.
