We loved our stay at the grand palladium! Diego was a great waiter at the pool, keeping our drinks full & the vibes fun!!! We also loved Roberto & Yardi at the swim up bar! Such a fun atmosphere!!!

Wonderful stay, beautiful resort and lovely people. I would recommend this resort but just an fyi be ready for a long check in process. Overall it was a great stay and I will be returning

Fabulous resort!!!!
Stayed at white sands..a return visit. Our room wasn't a refurbished room in villa 56 but this did not affect our stay at all. Slyly there was sargassm so the beach wasn't the best.. but did not stop us going to the beach. We did all the a la carte restaurants and the buffet.... felt all the servers were amazing and very helpful... Great choice of food... Checked out where the bands etc were on and went to them after dinner. Great 24 hr sports bar with food if u needed it. Loved Churchills bar... absolutely passionate servers....the main head server( sorry forgot his name) was outstanding !!! The best cocktails on resort!!! Los of carts for transporting around resort so easy to get everywhere. Lived the bands at white sands pool during the day.. .. brought a great vibe to the pool area... As did our amazing pool servers .. Our main guy Diego at white sands ...amazing guy...excellent server ... very attentive and so helpful.... Great guy!! Lupita and Ricardo...also white sands ...amazing !! All staff were fantastic and felt would return!!!

An excellent experience
Overall, it was an excellent experience, with very good quality services and facilities. I loved the hotel's integration with the wilderness and the wildlife present. On the negative side, and with the aim of improving, I would mention the seaweed that makes the beach unusable, the mosquitoes in the turtle refuge area, and the lack of bars or restaurants where one can have a snack or dinner.
- AdvisoryAccess to the hydrotherapy areas (hot tubs, pool, sauna and steam baths) in our Zentropia Palladium Spa & Wellness centers will have a $50 USD fee per guest, per day.
