First time guest. Came with family of 13. We were all impressed. Clean, much to offer. Great food. Exceptionally helpful, polite, professional staff. Beautiful rooms. Fun wildlife, Racoons, birds, cats. Loved Aqua Zumba. Went to both pools. CARLOS was the BEST instructor!!! We all enjoyed him. Wanted to attend your presentation for future visits but missed it. Hope to be back . Bruce , Colleen Haynes and family 🇨🇦

Ernesto the best :)
Ernesto at the white sands pool bar by the towel station is seriously the kindest and best bartender. Everyday he has a smile on his face and is friendly to everyone. Make sure to ask for the “scoobydoo” for a yummy shot :) He’s really the best ! Sincerely from Chiara and Dylan from Vancouver, Canada

Portofino Restaurant
Had a great Italian Meal at Portofino restaurant. All 4 courses were spectacular and I would recommend the chicken parmigiana. Jennifer was an amazing waitress and we got to chat with Edgar the chef after our meal. Highly recommend you try when you visit Grand Palladium!

Piacere White Sand - Best Baristas ever!!!
Fernando Rosas and inturbide narenjo were absolutely amazing! Their coffee making skills were out of this world- but their service was exceptional! Would come back to the resort just for them! Best Baristas out there!
