    Would not return

    Nice resort the lake is not kept up with so you have a porta potty smell while and before you eat which is not pleasant at all. Terrible at getting things brought to your room and had trouble with our keys to our room took about 5 minutes to get it open every time. Not a single bit of pool side entertainment which we were looking forward too, but nighttime entertainment was nice

    Stay here if you like the Best Western

    It’s an all inclusive buffet at best. There is ZERO reservations to their restaurants, unless you want to eat at 9PM. Our room want dirty when we checked in and once we finally got into one of the restaurants at 9PM none of the salad bar items were available. I’ll show a picture of the “Caesar salad”. The only saving grace was they offer an option to upgrade. White sands is trash.

    In the main lovely resort, beach and upselling let it down

    On check in, it took 40 minutes with only 2 people in front of us, but due to trying to upsell the rooms we felt waited too long. The beach was most definitely not up to standard or as expected. The majority was no swimming permitted and so rough it was un-walkable in bare feet. When we did find beds near the part you could swim in/walk on, on one occasion we were moved 3 times for a wedding to be set up. This was week day daytime, so as you would expect we were a bit frustrated. The subsequent other days we tried to get in that section of the beach we couldn’t. Restaurant booking on the app is nigh on impossible. A lot of things actually cost extra whilst you are there, show nights, spa and water park at the WS pool. The rooms and resort and pool were however gorgeous and the buffet restaurants of a good quality, if maybe a bit understaffed at times for the amount of people using them. There was a very obvious bias in favour to those in TRS and Family Selection also, we have never experienced anything like that before at other All Inclusive resorts. Which is a shame because we paid a lot of money for this holiday, we will go back to Mexico but not to this resort unfortunately.

    Relaxing Vibes!

    Went to Grand Palladium with friends who were members. Had a great time, good food, and lots of incredible wildlife to enjoy. Would definitely come again. The facilities were lovely and the fitness center was gigantic!! Even though there was high occupancy, the resort never felt crowded and people did not reserve seats at beaches and pools until they arrived at the water. There was definitely a more relaxing vibe than at other resorts at which we have stayed. The staff was wonderful and if there were issues in the room they were fixed immediately!
