Everything was Fantastic, from the moment we arrived, staff was very helpful and welcoming, services provided were fantastic. Food was amazing, specifically Bahia E Brasil! Pools were clean and not crowded, we always found placed to sit and relax. Bars were everywhere! We never had to wait in any line ups. The beach did have some seaweed and the resort made efforts to get it cleaned up, just that time of year.

Fantastic family vacation
Our family of three just returned from an absolutely delightful vacation here and it exceeded all our expectations from the very first moment. We were warmly greeted by incredibly friendly and helpful staff who made us feel right at home. We had one room change early on, but the team handled it smoothly and professionally, so it didn't impact our enjoyment at all. The highlight for us was the stunning pools and beautiful ocean access—perfect for relaxing and playing as a family. The nightly entertainment was lively and fun, and our daughter absolutely loved the kids' club; the activities kept her happily occupied and gave us some well-deserved couple time too. Everything about the resort screamed family-friendly: thoughtful service, great facilities, and a welcoming atmosphere throughout. We created so many happy memories and can't wait to return. We'll definitely be recommending [Resort Name] to all our friends and family—it's a gem for a relaxing, joyful vacation!

More communication on where we need to meet for excursionsion. We had similar problem with our departure- we where told to go to white sands but paper work said Kantenah- We where picked up at White sands but it was conufusing.

Chef David was excellent!! Everything was amazing. Tiramisu 10/10. All the pastas were also incredible especially the gnocci
