    Superb holiday - Thank you

    Have to say I have lived this trip. LeBron & Lill Wayne are so much around the pool and work so hard in such heat. Have to say that Mia & Nicole are excellent as well. They go above and beyond beyond what is expected and all 4 people are a credit to the resort. Must also mention Federal (hope I have his name right!). As a first impression of any organisation, he was brilliant. Could not have done more for the customer. Was the food the best, let’s just say it was hit and miss. The buffet was disappointing overall and the Brasilian and Steak House were along similar lines BUT, the French, Italian, Japanese & American more than made up for it. Be savvy when booking and you’ll be OK. Leonardo at the pool bar was brilliant. Quickly knew what my order was (I’m T1 diabetic so this is important.) and was always there with a smile. Cracking holiday - clean and tidy rooms, pool awesome and the beach, despite being peak seaweed season, was as clear as it could be. If you fancy a Dom Rep get away - I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

    Allergens

    Fantastic stay in general. One of our party had a milk allergy, so initially was difficult for her to eat as there was no allergen labels on buffet food, we I formed our TUI rep and he made sure she was given an allergy card, and then things was better with using this card. But lovely hotel, friendly staff. Would definitely stay again. Robeltico was friendly.
