  Armando in the Japanese restaurant was outstanding, so engaging 10/10

  Truly amazing

  The cuisine was at the highest. We had the pleasure of having Angle Pool Chan has are server. His guidance lead us to the most lovist meal we have had on this trip. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone wishing to have a dinner by the sea.

  Holiday of a lifetime! Celebrated my 30th and it was PERFECT!

  Mexico… you have stolen my heart! I have recently returned from the HOLIDAY OF A LIFETIME. We will always remember this one! Whilst here with my husband I celebrated my 30th birthday. Spa facilities - beautiful spa and facilities, we went for a massage twice (second time on the beach in the huts which was amazing and highly recommend). Felipe works for the spa and he comes around the beach, he is an amazing guy and we had a chat with him everyday, he even gave us daily Spanish lessons. He gave us a good deal including a massage for on my birthday. Top man! Gerardo was also good, he was very helpful and concise with showing us around the facilities. Restaurants / bars - all the restaurants apart from the Mexican in our opinion were 5* top food! Unfortunately, the Mexican didn’t cut it for us and ended up being the least enjoyable. This also opens up for breakfast on mornings and we didn’t like going there for breakfast either. Our favourite restaurant was Carnal (went there twice - the steak and bone marrow is top notch, and the chocolate bomb), it was superb to have entertainment around us whilst eating and found it different, it was a great touch for my birthday evening. Steakhouse was great, Peruvian was FAB! Ku Chan the chef in the Tepenyaki restaurant was super fun and we went there twice and he did our dinner with a live show, pretty funny! Bars were fantastic in our opinion, plenty to choose from and the drinks were high quality brands and different cocktails (proper cocktails!). Highly recommend to book restaurants through your concierge on your first day (don’t rely on the app). Our concierge Danyal was fantastic and helpful throughout our entire stay. Buffet - we went to the buffet on our first evening for food (went managed to book a restaurant for every night after this). It was fabulous, so much variety and tasty fresh food stations cooking in front of you. Shout out to Citlali at the pasta station at lunch time - I loved her fresh pasta and she always made it spicy for me and we had a giggle. Beach - beautiful! Yes there are some rocks at the beginning but once you get past them, it’s fine! The water is lovely and warm and if you go into the right bay it’s crystal clear and there are amazing fish of all sizes to snorkel with. I even saw stingrays! Best snorkelling we have ever done and this includes St Lucia. The barmaid server was a nice touch, how she would come round often and asked if you wanted a drink bringing. Exactly what you expect for a 5* hotel! Pools - the quiet pool was a lovely setting, only went a couple times as the smoothie bar is next to it also, however the water is FREEZING! wish it was as warm as the other pools. The other two swim up bars were cool, did prefer the one that was a horseshoe shape over the other one, seemed to be a bit more calm and less crazy! Lazy river was the BEST touch, have never done one before but we went in it every day, and seeing the wildlife as we floated around was unique. Wildlife - INCREDIBLE! Everyday was a blessing to see it all. We saw raccoons, coatis, iguanas, lizards, spider monkeys, crocodiles - all sorts! Room - lovely! We had a jungle setting room and we were high floor as requested. Felt like we were in the middle of the rainforest trees. As with any Caribbean holiday though, can’t really sit outside at night as the mozzies! Huge long size bed which was COMFY, it has like a memory foam topper, a very comfortable sleep. The bathroom was nice and modern too, we had 2x his and her sinks, big jacuzzi bath (used everyday!) and a rainfall shower with lots of warm, the pink light was a nice touch on a nighttime. Buggy’s - there are buggy’s to take you around the resort which is helpful if you need to get from one end to the other. However, unlike other resorts they were really infrequent and we could barely use them. Overall, one of the best holidays we have ever been on and we thought it was perfect. If you are thinking of coming to this hotel, don’t hesitate- you will love it! Can’t wait to return and I’ll also be bringing other people with me as they are interested. Thank you everyone!

  Great Experience

  We had a wonderful time at the Grand Sirenis. It started out not the greatest because of the weather (Jan 28 -Feb 11). The last three days were like what we are used to. The staff could not do enough for you. Cali Barahono bartender was great. Omar at the Buffet is one of the best, he’s was fast and observant for his young age. And of course Guadalupe at the Quiet Pool, she is like speedy Gonzales. Food was great at all the À la cartes. Buffet was excellent, better than from before.

  We had the most amazing time, a truly 5⭐️ hotel!

  We had the most amazing time, a truly 5⭐️ hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and efficient and the hotel appeared so clean. And the main lobby smelt amazing!!! The rooms were huge and well presented and when we noticed that the balcony door handle was broken, we reported it and it was fixed within the hour! The hotel itself was huge but so easy to find our way around with maps dotted all over to be seen. The pools were clean and the beach was beautiful. We never had struggle to find sun beds and even if we wanted to find beds in the afternoon there would always be loads still around. There were bars dotted all around that served delicious drinks and our favourite place to go in the morning was the Good Bar to get their smoothies! The food in every restaurant was incredible! There was such variety and there was always fresh food being put out or cooked in front of you. We booked all the a la cartes through our concierge which was really easy. The staff were so helpful and kind, all speaking amazing English. There were so many places to go and see within the hotel and a beautiful walk to do. We could not recommend this hotel any more and we cannot wait to return🫶🏼
