Exceptional service
Lovely experience, definitely would recommend staff and service always catering to your needs and more, in cranial restaurant I would say is a must try, great food, service, great show and staff dressed up as monkeys making it all even better, hats off too chef mewa and server Antonio went above and beyond and food was perfect

Beautiful resort with impeccable service
We recently stayed here for two weeks and the hotel was beautiful! Lots of options of things to do both in the hotel throughout the day and evening and lots of trips you can take close by. Every morning had a good start as we were served by Marcelino at The Park, he couldn’t have been more friendly and attentive and we never went more than a minute without being checked in on and offered another drink! Our concierge, Cheko, was equally very welcoming and friendly and always greeted us with a smile on his face! He was very informative about the hotel and the area and was keen to ensure we had a good trip! Overall there was a warm and friendly vibe from all the staff across the resort who work very hard to make your stay special! Our only criticism would be that during our stay some if the facilities that had been open to us initially suddenly become restricted to those who were members only (a place for lunch and a large quantity of the sunloungers by the pool) which we were disappointed by, but we absolutely loved our stay.

Breakfast with Marcelino
Breakfast at the buffet was always a pleasure. Great selections, always fresh and always seemed to eat to much (definitely worth it). Thank you Marcelino Boak for looking after us. Dinner with a show
We had a very good experience at the Carnal restaurant, which we had booked for our anniversary meal as it is dinner with a show. The staff were all very attentive, especially our waiter Antonio, and the food was very nice. The dessert was a real spectacle with the chocolate bomb that they melt at your table. The show made for an interesting addition to the experience and the performers were very talented.
