Just back from a 10 day visit. I'll start with all the positives. Staff are amazing especially Chef Emiliano and waiter Basilio in the Italian restaurant. Food and service was outstanding. The girls in the coffee shop Tostado were amazing. Great coffee every day made with care. The grounds are beautiful with the Gardner's always working. Food in both the buffets and other signature restaurants was all of a very high quality at all times of the day. Buffet restaurants cam be very very noisy, with a lot of children also. So if your looking for peace and quiet this is not the place for you. Also the pools were very noisy and the sunbeds are also very uncomfortable. The down side of the hotel is the rooms. They definitely are not 5 Star. We had initially asked for a quiet bright room, but for some reason we were given a room where everyone had to pass to go to the facilities, service vehicles drove up and down all day and well into the night. People coming back about 2am playing loud music. People standing outside your door talking. We did asked to get moved. Reception (Victor) were not the most helpful. He advised if we moved it might be worse...it was a gamble. We left to think about it, but eventually another member of staff showed us a room up on the 3rd floor of another block which was very dated and also my husband had to re clean before he would move us into it. All being said and done, we made the best of the room, my wife has a disability so she had to stay in the room for long periods of, hence why we needed a quiet bright room. Would advise best for families, not couples looking for a relaxed holiday. But again the staff of the hotel make the stay, obviously they have no say in how tired the rooms are. We can't praise them highly enough.

Amazing! We love Davide
We had an amazing time our 2nd visit in 1 year.. both times we have had David as our lovely waiter he is so friendly, amazing with the children. Had our drink order memories and is our favourite person All the staff are so attentive warm and welcoming and the wild life is a live changing experience! We will return soon.

Bartenders. I would like to start by saying I’ve been here 4 times, I am member of this resort and have been a member for 3 years now and prior I’ve had amazing stays no possible complaints. This time is a different story I have yet to have good bartender service. I will say the Members lounge does have a good bartender he is nice and will go above and beyond, but at any other bar the service is poor, quality of drinks were not good, and they say no to certain drinks such as a Mexican flag shot. Overall I am happy with the stay, besides the drinks. The food and resort are always lovely but unfortunately the drinks and bartenders have not been good this is a huge part of any resort, and was a huge disappointment after coming for years now. Wish they could have done better.

If you are coming to this all-inclusive hoping to try all their restaurants BE WARNED that you cannot get a decent reservation (earlier than 9pm) unless you are a Member!!!! They call members 2 weeks in advance and book their restaurant reservations. If you just show up - like we did - there is NOTHING available before 9pm- if anything! What a scam for regular guests! While I have enjoyed the buffet food (it’s good) I am deeply disappointed in how this resort is run. We will not recommend or come back.
