⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely outstanding – already planning our return
Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya has completely blown us away. From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt perfectly clean, stylish and beautifully maintained – one of those places where you instantly relax because everything just works. The food is exceptional – hands down the best all-inclusive we’ve ever eaten. And that’s saying something. There was genuinely something every single day for all four of us, which is usually a challenge, but not here. Quality, variety, flavour… 10/10 across the board. The entertainment team are sensational. Huge shout-out to Alex and Joy – their poolside energy and antics are next level. I’ve never done aqua aerobics like it in my life… honestly, they should be filming fitness videos. Absolute legends. The beach? Just wow. Out of this world. As stunning as the pictures – if not better. White sand, turquoise water, postcard-perfect in every direction. The pools are lush, with the lazy river being the cherry on top of an already perfect cake. Pure holiday joy. And Tostado… what a jewel of this hotel. The coffee is delicious, the ladies are so warm and friendly, and the crepes and ice cream in the afternoon became our little ritual. Coffee for us, treats for the kids, on the way back from the beach – honestly, perfection. We cannot rate this hotel highly enough. It’s one of those places you don’t just enjoy… you miss it the moment you leave. Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya, you were unforgettable. We’ll be back. 💙

Dec 19, 2025Nice hotel but rooms need some work
We are halfway through our holiday and are a family of 4. Firstly the positives… The food is amazing, plenty to choose from but à la cartes can be difficult to book. Restaurant staff genuinely can’t do enough to help. The main hotel areas are modern and always very clean. The beach is beautiful, and yes a bit rocky but nothing you can’t overcome. Pool areas are clean and despite other reviews we could always get sunbeds. We opted for the quieter pool, but the main pool could get quite busy (not our kinda place anyway). Lazy river was an added bonus. Now the areas they could improve…. Rooms are clean and comfortable but not 5*, as per many other reviews they are tatty with very odd lighting. Bathroom lights switch off after a minute, which is dangerous if in the shower. Air con was fine but we couldn’t adjust settings. Fixtures like mirror and shower head were broken and shower tray kept flooding. The bed was super comfy but so many mould stains on headboard. My biggest complaint here is the men that sells vapes by the BBQ/shop area. They Smoked cannabis throughout the day which smelt awful. I made multiple complaints and nothing was done. The staff even gave them drinks throughout the day and on more than one occasion they asked my son if he wanted to get high!! All within the grounds of the hotel. But, nobody at the hotel was remotely bothered. Wildlife was so good to see, spotted a few snakes but they kept their distance. Monkeys at breakfast were hilarious. Overall we have had a good holiday, staff are great but hotel needs to up the quality/appearance of their rooms. But I guess the resort is just too big to make that possible.

Great service from Julio Cesar
I wanted to share the excellent experience I had during my stay from 5 Dec to 19 Dec with Julio Cesar Chan Kumul in the Buffet The Park at breakfast and lunchtimes. He was always attentive to us during our stay. Always smiling and attentive to our needs. We saw that he was like this with all his customers so this made it a pleasure to see him each day. His warmth and smile made us feel so welcome. We will be coming again in 2026 - because of Julio! He is an excellent ambassador of the hotel.

Super!!
What a fantastic dinner – huge thanks to Chef Martin! The food was absolutely delicious, hands down the best meal of our entire vacation. And the whole experience was such a fun and entertaining show! Highly recommended!
