Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, great food and very clean. The room was lovely, and because they were unable to give me a room that we had requested they had given us a free upgrade to a better one. Just spent a week here and will definitely go again. Loved it

Frank but very honest review. The resort is absolutely not a 5* and is in need of some investment/refurbishment, the pictures promoted are not a true or accurate reflection at all. Rooms very tired and smelt, lack of communication throughout the stay, some rude staff, constantly someone trying to sell you something in the resort, worn/damaged/old interiors, food was really below par, young party drinking culture and disturbed through the night every night. On the positive side the gardens and wildlife are amazing. Feel the recent low reviews echo what I have said also.

The grounds here are absolutely stunning and full of amazing wildlife. If you want to experience a beautiful resort full of Mexican wildlife, an amazing experience for families, beautiful birds, wild deer roaming, Coaties, reptiles it’s just beautiful. The grounds here are just stunning.We have only been here 24 hours but can honestly say we are having a great time so far! Staff are so friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The Thai restaurant was great last night and great service too. We went to the foam party today and the staff worked so hard to make sure everyone was having a great time. Zumba class on the beach, great! Free water sports if you want it. Drinks very good. Air conditioning in room very efficient!.. I’ve just turned it off as was maybe too cold.! Beautiful palm trees, great margerhitas and everyone here seems to be having a fun time! Sea is beautiful and warm Not much seaweed on the beach and all in all great so far! Cheers 🥂😎

Worst experience
The worst experience in my life. Food is horrible, customer service poor, bad room facilities and first aid service is unacceptable as they couldn't provide a plaster when I injured my knee as it was no sign of the wet floor on the hallway. Beach is dirty and water smels of rotten eggs. Also, I was woke up the middle of night by a bad water lick from the silling in my bed and it took them 1,5 hours to provide me other room to sleep. After two days I've moved to other room as the air conditioning start licking and the floor was full of water. They just ruine my whole holiday. Please note, they have a lot of coati who are stilling the personal belongings from bags.

Superb
Beautiful hotel/resort. Staff very friendly and polite, exceptional service in all departments. The restaurants are all great especially enjoyed the miso Thai. Great suite with jacuzzi, housekeeping excellent. Pool area always very clean and tidy, with a great swim up bar.
