Humid but gorgeous
Second visit to this resort, was far from disappointed, the room was perfect and well maintained throughout our stay, the grounds are so neat and tidy due to the hard work from the staff and the food at the buffet was amazing with massive choices, already looking forward to next visit, perfect holiday, thanks guys!

It as a pleasure to dealt with Norma, Ingrid and Claudia from the Royal Holiday Club! Definitely a wonderful destination for your vacations!!

Alternative Holiday
My wife and I were left high & dry by TUI after they cancelled our original holiday at ABBWR. We were able to retain our seats and took the last available room here to at least be able to get away to celebrate my wife’s special birthday. Our original room was spacious and looked clean but we had nightly visitors, cockroaches every night. When we got back to the room and found them on the bed that was the last straw. I had raised the issue on the TUI App but no action take when I spoke with a Rep they got Consierge involved. Edson was absolutely amazing. He listened, we was empathic and organised a room change. Our holiday has been significantly better since then. A massive highlight of our stay has been meeting Ofelia, an amazing waitress at the Platinum pool area. She keeps us well hydrated and always has a smile on her face. Besides the Chill Out or favourite restaurant is Le Fleur. We found the service in Mama Mia awful and walked out after being ignored for over 25 minutes. Other restaurants are a bit hit & miss. The Miso Thai gave us a great first meal experience, the second was very noisy as we were seated on the Teppanyaki side. The Teppanyaki experience itself was good and the food was well cooked and plentiful. The chef was entertaining and kept everyone engaged. The behaviour of some guests left a lot to be desired. This hotel is way too big for our liking. We appreciate a smaller more intimate setting where we can fully relax and enjoy a peaceful evening meal, without the incessant noise. Not one we would return to.

Average hooneymoon
After travelling 10hrs for our first visit to mexico for hooneymoon i can only say this place was average the beach stunk of sewage someone said it was down to the seaweed which was all over you had to walk out at least 2000mtres to get to a swimable depth we paid extra for a swim out room and a platinum band the swim out room was great even though there were tiles missing on the steps really sharp areas also every day coates faeces over the patio almost floating in the pool disgusting the food wasnt too but most the drinks were watered down especially if you didnt tip the barman tips are expexted if u want to be looked after has for paying extra for platinum a total waste of money room service where your food turns up cold and my wife ordered a bottle of wine which cost £32 on top gutted really probably just picked the wrong area/resort nicer places closer to home 4hr flight sorry for moaning but just expeted better after paying almost £6000

Avoid this place, at all costs!!!!
Absolutely horrible place, came for 3 weeks for our honeymoon and have only had problems after problems. The staff steal from your room, and if you try to report it they will threaten to kick you out. Will not do a single thing to help you with anything. If you think you might be able to have a nice sleep in, on your vacation, think again!!! They’ll wake you up every single morning, by 6am at the latest by calling the phone over and over again, then when you answer they don’t have a single thing to say, EVERY SINGLE DAY! The food is awful, both got sick multiple times. And the grounds are about as dirty as a place could ever be. Please do yourself a favour, and stay at literally any other resort, guaranteed you’ll have a better stay anywhere else.
