We had a wonderful trip to Los Cabos! Although we experienced a few issues during our stay, our concierge went above and beyond to make everything right. They were incredibly accommodating, welcoming, and attentive—constantly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Their genuine care and excellent service made us feel truly valued and well taken care of throughout our entire vacation. We are very grateful for their hospitality and would definitely return!

Personal Concierge- Antonio & Daniel (AMAZING)
This was our first stay at Grand Velas Los Cabos and it was truly amazing. The food was incredible, rooms were spacious and very clean, pools were extremely nice. But what really made our trip special and why we will come back, is because of the Personal Concierge, Antonio and Daniel. My wife and I have traveled around Mexico to different resorts and have experienced good service. Antonio and Daniel blew expectations out of the water. They were so responsive, proactive with everything, accommodating beyond belief and so friendly. They remembered things that we liked so that when we came back from the pool, they had things waiting in the room for us. They even had rose petals sprinkled around a bottle of champagne. I will absolutely be back at Grand Velas Los Cabos not only because it is gorgeous. But because of Antonio and Daniel. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR NAKING OUR STAY SO SPECIAL!

10/10!!!
We had such an amazing stay in Cabo! The staff truly went above and beyond to make our trip special. Antonio and Daniel, my personal concierge, were absolutely incredible and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. The facility was top-notch, and the food and drinks were all so good. You really couldn’t ask for better service or a better experience. We’ll definitely be back!

12/10 Incredible Experience
Our experience was absolutely incredible. From the moment we checked in our concierges, Ana and Eric Chandon, took amazing care of us. They let us know of all the events happening throughout our stay, provided information on travel to and from excursions, and checked in periodically to see how our stay was going. The restaurants at Grand Velas were great. Covina de Autor was a one of a kind experience and we loved the breakfast buffet at Azul every morning. The views from our room couldn’t be beat and I enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning on the balcony. Overall, the vibe was peaceful and relaxing and from staff to amenities I would give it a 12/10. Can’t wait to go back!

Incredible stay
Our stay at Grand Velas Los Cabos was truly exceptional from start to finish. The property is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views, beautifully maintained grounds, and an atmosphere that feels luxurious without being stuffy. Our room was gorgeous, spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. Everything was immaculate, and the attention to detail throughout the property really stood out. The amenities, restaurants, and overall setting made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. What really made our experience special, though, was the incredible staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. A special thank you to our concierge, Antonio, and Daniel, who were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly accommodating, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to help with anything we needed. Their service and attention to detail made us feel truly taken care of. Grand Velas has the beautiful property and luxurious accommodations you would expect from a world-class resort, but it’s the people who really make the experience stand out. We had an amazing stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommend Grand Velas Los Cabos for anyone looking for a truly special getaway!
