Our stay at Grand Velas was wonderful, and a huge reason for that was their incredible hospitality - especially our personal concierge, Elisa Islas. She ensured all our concerns are addressed and made us feel genuinely cared for—not just like guests, but like Family. Her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine desire to make our stay special touched us deeply. We are very thankful for her service and will always remember this stay because of her. Thank you, Elisa. 💫

5-Star: Accommodations, Dining, Views, Service… Everything 5-Stars!!!
Stop your vacation research! This place is a dream! The price tag is worth it! The nicest resort I/we have ever stayed at, with the best food, and best service. **Bonus we saw whales from our room, the pool, the beach and the restaurants and bars… Each and every day!

A 5 star resort with wonderful staff
The best resort we’ve ever had the privilege of staying at. The staff, particularly Gianni, were very friendly, helpful and wonderful to deal with. The grounds are impeccable. The location, incredible. The room with its large balcony and daybed was the best! By far, the best room we’ve had and we travel practically every month for pleasure. I would highly recommend this 5 star resort. The food at the many restaurants were great. The lunch buffet was perfect! There were also massages available at your lounge chair by the pool. The pools and hot tubs were plenty warm with a view of whales just beyond. My husband had a spa treatment with a massage and he said it was by far the best massage he’s had.

Beautiful place to spend a week or more 😎 highly recommend!!!
It was a very good and enjoyable experience!!! I love everything about it, the staff, kitchen and everyone else, everyone was very professional and polite!!! My personal Concierge Abdias & Obeth was VERY professional, the help was amazing, all my questions was answered and requests were delivered without any issues, Abdias is really taking his job seriously and I would rate his professionalism and kindness 10 out of 10 Abdias, thank you for your help !!!!
