Gianni, our concierge, was absolutely AMAZING! He was incredibly attentive and friendly. He recommended fantastic restaurants, made reservations for us, and even went the extra mile by decorating our suite with all the bachelorette decorations as a surprise from my girlfriends. He did an outstanding job, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience at the resort. I would 100% return! Thank you again, Gianni, for making my bachelorette trip so memorable and enjoyable! The resort, the staff, everything was A++++.

Check in and out is made very easy. Our concierge Josue was wonderful and assisted us with all of our reservations, was so friendly and helpful. Rooms are so comfortable and the food at all the restaurants are AMAZING!!! This is our favorite place in Cabo.

My husband & I just returned from a fabulous vacation at the gorgeous Grand Velas resort in Los Cabo, Mexico. Gianni, our personal concierge during our stay at Grand Velas in Los Cabo was truly incredible! He always was available to assist us with anything we needed with a smile on his face. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, & kind. He exceeded our expectations with his personal concierge service. Best hotel in Cabo
One of the best hotels we’ve been to! The service, the food, the amenities, everything was amazing. We will definitely come back. We’re very grateful with each member of staff but specially with our concierges Elisa and Christian, thank you so much for making our stay so special.

Great experience
Gianni was an amazing butler who was able to attend to all of our needs. Food and service were absolutely incredible. Rooms were great. Can’t wait to visit again with the kids. Kids club looks amazing. We ate at the Michelin star restaurant. We ate at the steakhouse and the Italian restaurant, all were really good.
