We've just returned from our third stay at Grand Velas Los Cabos, and we keep coming back because we love it so much. The suites, the views and the overall calm of the resort make it easy to switch off completely, but what truly sets it apart is the people. Our personal concierges, Antonio and Daniel, were outstanding. They anticipated what we needed before we asked, handled every request quickly and always with genuine warmth. They made the whole stay feel effortless and personal, and they're a big reason this place feels like a second home to us. A special mention also goes to Salvador Suazo at Lucca. He was attentive without ever being intrusive, gave great recommendations and made each meal there feel like an occasion. Service like his is rare. Thank you to the whole team, and especially Antonio, Daniel and Salvador. We'll be back for a fourth.

Stop Thinking , Book the Trip
If you’re thinking about going, stop thinking and book the trip! The experience was top notch from beginning to end - gorgeous property, incredible food and excellent service from the moment we arrived until the second we left (Ana and Eric, our concierges, were incredible)!

Next level service and food
We spent 4 days at Grand Velas Los Cabos with our 8-year-old and it set a new bar. Staff was very attentive, food was excellent at every restaurant, and the kids club runs real activities — ours came back excited every time. The beach isn't swimmable (strong surf), but the pools more than make up for it. It's a splurge, but worth it for a family trip where everyone gets taken care of.

We had a wonderful trip and an excellent overall experience. The service was truly top-notch! A special thanks to the concierge team, especially Josue and Tony, for their outstanding support and hospitality. We really appreciate all their help in making our stay so memorable!

Grand Velas is First Class
For my husband‘s birthday this year, we decided to go to grand Villa Los Cabos with four of our dear friends! This resort is exactly what a Cabo vacation of your dreams will feel like. Ana and Eric were our private concierge team that took care of every single thing we needed. We moved reservations around two times. We had a Mezcal tasting that was incredible and my husband and his friends were able to watch a dodger game at the sports bar while we stayed at the resort. There were a few highlights from this trip. One was the steakhouse by the pool, second was the Italian restaurant Lucca, and the spa was world class! Hands-down, this was the best spa we’ve ever been to. Thank you again Eric and Ana for making my husband’s birthday trip memorable.
