The Grand Velas was amazing! The food and the service were top notch. Our concierge, Ana, was incredibly attentive and often left surprises and/or toys for our kids throughout the week. Ana made the whole experience much better and took care of everything we needed! If you are looking for a high end all inclusive resort, I highly recommend Grand Velas.

Grand Velas is Grand Excellence!
Our stay at Grand Velas was perfect! The location of the property was in a great position to provide us with perfect views of the beach, with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets every day. The amenities were first class and luxurious throughout the property. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive to all of our needs throughout the day. Our Concierge, Ana A, provided us with excellent customer service and went above and beyond to answer any/all questions we had during our stay. She is an absolute Rock Star and made our vacation that much more enjoyable.

It was the best resort we have ever stayed at
The rooms were very spacious comfortable, and the layout was perfect. The customer service was A1 checking in and checking out was a breeze. We had no problem finding transportation to and from the airport. I travel with a black light and the hotel was extremely clean. The bathrooms were clean and the Jacuzzi. The atmosphere was peaceful in all areas. I was very impressed with the whole resort.

Grand Velas Los Cabos
Grand Velas Los Cabos is an amazing experience. They make everything as easy as possible. There is no thinking required just fun and relaxation. Our concierge Santiago went above and beyond each day and helped us to celebrate our anniversary. We truly loved our experience and would do it again.

Incredible, loved our stay
Our stay at Grand Velas Los Cabos was nothing short of exceptional. The resort itself is stunning, with breathtaking ocean views, impeccable service, and an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and welcoming. A special highlight was our personal concierge, Astrid, who truly made our experience unforgettable. She anticipated every need, handled every detail seamlessly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail set a new standard for hospitality. Traveling with children was effortless thanks to the kids club and nanny service, which were outstanding. The staff was caring, professional, and engaging, allowing our kids to have an amazing time while we enjoyed moments of relaxation knowing they were in wonderful hands. Grand Velas Los Cabos delivers an elevated, family-friendly luxury experience, and we cannot wait to return.
