This was our first time at a Grand Velas resort and we absolutely loved it! The resort is top notch, pools were spectacular & the food is delicious. We were extra appreciative to our concierge Jeronimo for his gracious hospitality & ability to give us advice for things to do at the resort. Everywhere we went the staff was exceptional and I hope we get to go back one day soon.

Grand Velas. Fantastic Hotel!
The hotel and restaurants were fantastic. Miguel and Nicolas were both great Concierge’s. They assisted me with dining choices and daily activities at the resort. Grand Velas has 2 great Concierge’s! I cannot wait for a return visit

Amazing time at a beautiful resort
I stayed at Grand Velas for a wedding in November 2025, and it was wonderful! The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were so comfortable. We had a wonderful concierge, Gilberto - he was so helpful! There is staff everywhere if you ever need something, and they’re all so friendly. The food and drinks were incredible! The food outshined the food at any other all-inclusive I’ve stayed at before. Even the buffets were great. Alcohol was top shelf, and they definitely don’t water them down like many other resorts do.

Jeronimo Made Our Wedding Experience Unforgettable
Jeronimo Maurin was truly the highlight of our stay. From the moment we arrived, he took care of us with such genuine warmth and professionalism. On our wedding day, he went above and beyond in every possible way—handling details before we even realized they needed attention, checking in constantly, and making sure we felt calm, supported, and celebrated. Our experience simply wouldn’t have been the same without him.

A little bit of paradise in Cancun!
Team was friendly helpful and professional. They were proactive in reaching out and checking to make sure we had everything we needed and if we didn't they were quick to help. Cannot say enough wonderful things about Izamar who was our concierge. Kind and thoughtful and always looking to make sure we were happy. 10 out of 10 for Izamar. Location was spectacular. Clean and spacious and beautiful. Food was excellent and there were plenty of options for every taste. Pool was great and had plenty of chairs and towels and friendly team members.
