Feb 04, 2026A place we will not forget…Amazing property, grounds, dining options and staff.
When you enter the property your eyes are met with perfectly maintained landscaping around the entire property. The property and mangrove co-exist together to provide a peaceful home to relax. The staff were attentive, hard-working and delightfully kind. Our primary concierge, Nicolas, looked for opportunities for us to engage in local activities, and made certain we were equipped for great days. His efforts made our trip even better. In prior all-inclusive resorts we were underwhelmed by dining choices. Not here! We had one great dining experience after the other. From the leadership team, to every staff member we encountered, it appears everyone takes great pride in the resort, and sharing their kindness and servanthood with the guests.

Thoughtful service, beautiful property
Truly a wonderful stay from start to finish. Every member of the team was incredible — concierge, guest services, housekeeping, dining, and all staff we interacted with were warm, attentive, and professional. A special thank you to Aarón and Izamar, who went above and beyond and truly made our stay even more memorable. The WhatsApp concierge made everything easy and seamless. As an all-inclusive resort, the experience felt especially effortless, with excellent service throughout. The property is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Nothing negative to say — already looking forward to coming back.

Exceptional from start to finish!
What an incredible experience! From the moment we arrived it was incredible. The staff was exceptionally professional, friendly, and as attentive as can be. Our personal concierge, Jessica Meza was a delight, and her attention to detail was exceptional. Helping with dinner reservations, activities, and excursions. The Grand Velas is a must for anyone that loves that elevated feeling of being well taken care of once you check in to your property.
