We went in mid December and had an amazing time. Perfect weather, not crowded at all, amazing food. Our concierge Izamar made the experience even better - she had the kitchen make a flan for me when I requested it off menu and checked in daily to make sure we were comfortable. We will be back!

Amazing Concierge Service
Grand Velas is truly a standout resort compared to other all-inclusives in the area. What made our stay extremely seamless was having the best personal concierge, Iza, who assisted with check-in/check out, making restaurant reservations, coordinating spa appointments, providing beach toys for our kids, etc. She checked in with us daily to make sure we had everything we needed so we could simply relax and enjoy our vacation instead of handling logistics. She always provided service with a warm smile, and made our stay at Grand Velas infinitely better! We hope to see Iza when we return to Grand Velas!

Stunning , exceptional service, top notch amenities for kids, amazing food options
We just came back from the most amazing holiday at Grand Velas . We stumbled upon this property while researching online and we could not be happier. It is top notch service and amazing food options. We have stayed at other resorts in Cancun and Tulum but nothing comes close to the experience at Grand Velas. Their kids and teen clubs are beyond amazing - they’re well stocked , good staff and great activity options. Jeronimo and Airy were exceptional and went above and beyond to make our experience grand and stellar. They surprised the kids with a super hero themed bubble bath in the bathroom on 2 evenings and provided a tent for the kids to sleep in which they loved !!! They were planning our days including booking cabana at the beach , making reservations at restaurants and room service . Each and every staff member at the pool, beachside, activity staff, restaurants, bar, shuttle bus drivers , front desk were all exceptional and always ready to provide the best service. Overall, I would highly recommend this property !!

Great Food, Great Service, perfect trip!
It was my favorite family all inclusive to date! The entire team was amazing. Jose and Nicholas in butler services were top notch! The Servers at the pool are all amazing. Angel, Felix, and Reyes are great. The activities team made the trip! They are so kind to our kids. Christian and Nieomi are delightful. Great food, great service, great trip!

WONDERFUL RESORT FOR FAMILY VACATIONS
The resort was quite beautiful and serene. The welcome was very friendly and accommodating. The pools and beach were first class. The food was delicious and the service staff could not have been more kind, friendly and efficient. Of course there are always unanticipated needs and issues which will arise. Here is where the concierge service comes in, and we could not have asked for anyone better than Jeronimo! He was fantastic: friendly, charming, hard-working and efficient. Every request we had was quickly accommodated and resolved. We were never made to feel like a burden. He is the consummate professional and the resort is very lucky to have him. And I should also mention Airy, who covered for Jeronimo on his day off. She too did an excellent job. All in all, a wonderful vacation experience!
