Right off the bat, we were met with very friendly staff. Luis made sure we were comfortable while checking in and half way through met us with a friendly talk and asked whether we were doing alright. The rooms are nice and clean, something that doesn’t happen that often nowadays. The rooms are spacious, nice and modern with very comfortable beds. We thought the breakfast had a lot of options, both savoury and swet. Staff is lovely and helpfull! A special thank you to Luis at reception, you made our stay a little more special!

Great hotel fabulous staff
4th visit to this hotel , and that alone should prove what a great hotel this is . Staff are warm and friendly , welcome drinks are always provided,on arrival, free cocktail for guests who are members of h10 club , Close to all attractions of london which are literally a quick bus / tube ride away , or if you like a walk takes about 60 mins to shard , london eye . Rooms are light and airy with large walk in showers which are powerful . Love this hotel and would highly recommend it . Breakfast is buffet style with choices from breads, pastries, ,cereals , cheese , ham , salmon ,smoked kippers , various yougurt and fresh /dried fruits , gluten free section and an array of coffee , tea , juices , water plain or fruit , perfect start to your day

Perfect Place to Stay
Great hotel - and location - our go to place when visiting London. Direct bus from Victoria (C10) stops right outside. Stylish and comfortable reception area - and a sky bar with fabulous views across the city - especially stunning at night! Always a great welcome from the reception staff - and a special mention for Violetta who has always gone the extra mile to help us! Thank you so much and we will be back. ☺️

A lovely hotel . Easy check in , very efficient and friendly. The bedroom was very comfortable with all the necessary things for a great stay. There was tea and coffee making facilities, the was an iron and ironing board and a hairdryer . We had breakfast included in our room rate and it was one of the best buffet meals we have had at a hotel the plates of hot food was small but continually refreshed with fresh eggs bacon sausage etc etc. the hotel is a very easy 8 minute walk from Waterloo Station. We had a marvellous stay would heartily recommend the H10 and we will definitely be staying again in the future.
