    lovely stay at H10

    I love the hotel, Breakfast was delicious and full of nice options, everything was clean. Only small downside was that the lifts took a while during busy times, and breakfast gets a bit crowded around 9am but nothing major. I would return in the future.

    Amazing stay

    We stayed here as part of a TravelZoo deal to see Cabaret. The hotel was fantastic. We had a great check in with a glass of Cava, some amazing cocktails in the roof bar and some lovely tapas for our meal before going to the theatre. Both me & my friend had a great night's sleep in very comfortable beds & we had the best breakfast we have ever had that has been of buffet style. All the staff were extremely friendly & helpful. We would both stay here again in a heartbeat.

    H10 best hotel in London

    H10 Waterloo is simply the best. We had a great time, perfect service, very cleaned hotel and well located. The breakfast is also so good!

    Very disappointing stay and unhelpful customer service

    Extremely disappointing stay at H10 London Waterloo. Serious technical issues occurred, including a shower that flooded the bathroom and later a total power outage in the room. These problems significantly affected the comfort and enjoyment of our stay. The room change offered did not improve the situation: the replacement room was smaller, not properly cleaned, and the advertised “view” was misleading. After the stay, we submitted a formal complaint. Despite clear, documented facts, the hotel refused any refund, stating that everything was operating “within design parameters”, which is difficult to accept given the price paid. Location alone does not compensate for such poor service and customer care. I would advise future guests to look elsewhere.
