Aug 23, 2026Disappointed with our room and breakfast but great location
The lobby/reception area was beautiful our room was very disappointing and did not reflect the atmosphere of the hotels main guest area. Our room was tiny, thankfully we had a small balcony looking onto the Gran Via, the furniture in the room was all mismatched and our bathroom shower door didn’t close causing a slip/safety issue which we reported. The bathroom floor tiles were grubby looking, overall we did not feel as if the hotel are translating the beautiful lobby area into all of the rooms. Breakfast was also disappointing by the time we arrived at 10:30am for breakfast most items had been eaten and not replaced, we didn’t return back for breakfast. The location of the hotel was great, but as H10 gold level members we were expecting more and much better quality which unfortunately our room did not offer. I would unlikely stay at the H10 Gran Via again.

Konumu gerçekten harika. Madrid’in tam merkezinde olduğu için birçok yere yürüyerek ulaşmak çok kolay. Odalar geniş, ferah ve tertemizdi. Özellikle nostaljik asansörüne bayıldık, otele ayrı bir hava katıyor. Bütün çalışanlar son derece kibar, güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Uzun bir gezi planımız olduğu için burada sadece 2 gece konaklama ayırmıştık. Bu kadar keyifli, rahat ve huzurlu bir otel olacağını bilseydim kesinlikle 3-4 gün kalacak şekilde plan yapardım.Madrid’e tekrar geldiğimde hiç düşünmeden yeniden tercih edeceğim otellerden biri. The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of Madrid, with many places within easy walking distance. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. We especially loved the charming old-fashioned elevator, which gives the hotel a lovely character. Every member of staff we met was extremely kind, friendly and helpful. We were on a longer trip and had only planned to stay here for two nights. If I had known how comfortable and enjoyable our stay would be, I definitely would have planned to stay for three or four nights instead. If I come back to Madrid, this is definitely a hotel I would happily stay at again.

Nice boutique hotel, centrally located
We found this hotel after our original choice decided without warning they would shut for maintenance! We wanted somewhere similar and close to the city centre and luckily found H10 Villa de la Reina on Gran Via. It is a boutique hotel and was perfect. The staff were all incredibly friendly, the room was more than adequate for our short stay. As you entered; to the right was a small reception area, quite a lot of comfy seating and a nice bar. We think the buffet breakfast was excellent and catered for all tastes; this was available in a split-level area downstairs from reception. We would definitely return to this hotel in the future.

Charming hotel in the heart of Gran Via!
My daughter and I loved the hotel. The staff was super friendly and so welcoming as we arrived. This hotel is in the heart of Gran Via. If you love to walk out your hotel and have everything near you, this is the place to be. Restaurants, lots of stores and we were thrilled to easily find Zara, Primark and all the amazing shopping options. The room was small but the convenience of being so close to all the places we wanted to visit, made it for us. Madrid was absolutely our favorite place and I highly recommend this hotel.

Great place. great location
What a beautiful hotel. Stayed there on both the front end and the end of our trip. The staff from meeting you out front, breakfast, bar/cafe and especially the front desk were so friendly and helpful. Such a convenient location to everything.
