Best pool area for a hotel in Cabo!!
My time at Hacienda Encantada was marvelous!!! The hotel is great for resting, relaxing and enjoying. The pool area was my absolute favorite! Tania is so helpful and joyful, definitely made our stay the best! She recommended the best spa package for us. Miguel is also great!

We loved this placed! The food was amazing for an all-inclusive resort. The staff was so friendly everywhere. Gustavo Camacho was an exceptionally fantastic waiter! They can use new beds in the rooms, but the resort is SUPER clean and the shuttle to the marina is a nice touch. Great views of the ocean and nice pool to relax in. This seems to be a resort that caters to more of an older, more relaxed crowd.

Great staff
We enjoyed our stay! Manny was in the lobby and welcomed us back! Always good to see Manny! We enjoyed the Phase 1 pool staff was excellent. Tania the pool concierge is always so helpful with making reservations, giving information and helping in anyway way possible. We received excellent service at the pool from Miguel, Omar and Ingrid. We had breakfast in the morning at Los Maria’s. Claudia was so kind and a great server! Cesar was our room cleaner. I had lost an earring and he found it in the room while cleaning and placed it on the counter for me to find when we came back to our room!! We had dinner at LosRiscos with Hector as a server. Food was great and service was wonderful as well. The staff at this resort makes it special!!

I would return
Wonderful place to stay. Service,cleanliness,helpfulness all excellent. Location is not the best because you are quite away from any shopping, outside restaurants .Shuttles do take you to the marina and back.Lots to see and do at the marina. If you attend the presentation you get to use the rooftop pool at the Vista Encantada which is amazing. Very relaxing place. Several pools. Activities everyday. Rooms are large.
