Post Christmas service
Average stay. Nothing too good or too bad. The first server wr had sucked and front desk staff were not nice. Just find through the motions.

Perfect Stay at Hacienda Encatada!!
Marco was an amazing server. He was very attentive and took great care of our group! He bought us an extra shot for our Miami Vice cocktails! I look forward to seeing him at our next stay! Ingrid and Omar were also awesome! I highly recommend Hacienda Encatada for anyone looking for a memorable place to stay in Cabo!

Wonderful Cabo Experience
This is by far one of the best places to stay at in Cabo! The resort reminds you of walking down streets of a historic Spanish town. Super relaxing and peaceful. Short free shuttle ride from here to the marina so you can also explore the marina district of Cabo. Shout out to Karla, the concierge, for all the help and advice she provided during our stay!

Great experience
I recently visited a resort in Cabo and had the pleasure of being served by Gerardo at the el patio pool bar. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Not only were the drinks perfectly crafted (seriously, the best margaritas I’ve had!), but their friendly and welcoming attitude made the experience unforgettable. Gerardo was quick, attentive, and seemed to genuinely enjoy making sure everyone was having a great time. Whether it was recommending drinks, surprising us with creative concoctions, or simply making great conversation, they truly made our time by the pool extra special. If you’re at the resort, do yourself a favor and stop by the pool bar. You won’t regret it! Huge thanks to Gerardo for making our trip that much better.

Wonderful Timeshare Exchange
Wife and I stayed at Hacienda Encantada over the Christmas holiday and decided to get the premium all-inclusive package. We absolutely think it was excellent value! Los Riscos, Metizo, El Patio, Barolo, Il Forno were top-notch quality places to eat and we had no real urge to eat off-site (although we went into the Marina area one day for dinner at Baja Lobster - our worst meal of the trip). The grounds are immaculately maintained and the staff seem quite happy to be working there (thanks, Vladimir at the El Patio swimup bar…you helped make the trip even more memorable). The resort is a bit hilly and you’ll most definitely get your chance to burn off those margaritas…although there are plenty of shuttle golf carts available throughout. We felt the resort presented very good value and wouldn’t hesitate to to return the next time we’re in Cabo!
