Dec 09, 2024Excellent vacation at the Hacienda Encantada Resort, Cabo San Lucas
Our plan is to get here every year! The staff are very friendly and hard working, the grounds are kept perfectly manicured every day and food is awesome at all the restaurants and pool bars. We very much appreciated the 4 pickleball courts!! We used those every day! We especially enjoyed the Sky Gym for our daily workouts and the friendly Gym staff, Cesar and Oscar!

Luis Gustavo and Juan de Dios were so attentive, nice and gave great service at pool bar and El Eden! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤩 Everyone is so nice and helpful. Love it here! Will be back- Happy with amenities and staff. The people are happy and cheerful, which adds to a great vacation:)

Excellent food and ambience at Maria’s!
Were we’ve had I’ve had my breakfast here at Maria’s a number of times and one and Ramon have been amazingly attentive to our needs. The food has just been absolutely delicious. Excellent excellent service. The food has been wonderful. It’s really way beyond our expectation. The views have been great seeing whales while we’ve been here and the ocean just sparkling and lovely in the sun coming up. It’s just been absolutely wonderful and seeing the town and the pools from up here is great. We just love the food though the pastries are great the omelettes Mexican things that we hadn’t tried before. It’s just been wonderful with thank you so much.

Excellent service at Maria’s breakfast restaurant!
Juan, and Ramon have been fantastic all week at Maria’s for breakfast! Five stars! I would highly recommend everyone come and have breakfast here. All of the staff is absolutely fantastic! Beautiful view as well! Whales were breaching. Delicious food!

Wonderful maid
I am always looking forward to come back here. Elizabeth, housekeeping maid, was very friendly and listened to our request well. Temperature here at night was getting low in December. We had to ask Elizabeth to add a blanket although I did not know any Spanish. She understood what we want. I had to ask her the same request one other time as temperature went further down. She was always accepting our request with smile. Her smile made us to stay here even more comfortable and we felt at home. I wanted to "Thank you so much" to her.
