Daniel and Alan: We have really enjoyed our stay here at Hacienda Encantada! To prove it, we purchased a property here!! However, we are disappointed several of the 8 restaurants listed are closed. Then we are also disappointed of those which are opened closed very early around 4:00 PM. Considering we purchased your Premium all inclusive packages, we think our bill should be adjusted accordingly. One of dominating reasons for us to still purchase here was your team. Daniel, Alan, Trinidad, ATL, and your entire staff are great assets and should be treated as such. Please PROMOTE!!

Best Cabo Resort
This was actually my 5th time to this resort, but this visit was unique because I had one of the concierge team, Alan, reach out to me personally and he helped me with so many aspects of our stay. It definitely felt like white glove service. As always the resort was lovely, we'll kept, and the food was delicious. Anxious to return and hopefully that Alan will be our assigned concierge again!

Another wonderful stay
We stayed at a 1 bdrm at El Encanto (part of Vista Encantada) for our 1 wk stay. El Encanto has beautiful rooms and views looking out toward Los Cabos and Land’s End. The Il Forno is located here as well for pizzas and some other trattoria options. Clemente was our butler and personal concierge for our stay at El Encanto. He provided outstanding service; was friendly, responsive and always reachable to handle our needs and make our stay extra special and stress free. He arranged transportation and reservations for activities and restaurants and left us a nice bottle of champagne at our room for our anniversary! Gustavo was the excellent bartender at the phase 1 pool patio bar. It’s the most crowded pool bar at the resort ( and some of the best food) so he was fulfilling drinks and food orders non stop. He provided excellent service and a friendly smile.

Get ready to sit back and relax 🧘♀️
The Room we had needed some repairs, one of the shower doors had a broken glass, the ceiling tiles in my bathroom were loose & I kept finding little bugs in there. Lobby: Clemens Our 1st room had a musty oder, he got us into a new room within an hour. He was very helpful & listened to to our concern and quickly made several calls to get it taken care of. The staff throughout was spectacular 🥳 Skybar Gym : CESAR HE WAS GREAT! He took the time to help me through a workout routine. I got 2 days of training. He offered help throughout my stay, but I was pretty sore 🙃 Maria’s Breakfast: ISABEL She was always very outgoing & helpful, she waited on us, she always knew when we needed more coffee or a mimisa 😉 Maria’s Breakfast: TERESA Very friendly & quick to get us refills. Welcoming personality. Attico Bar: ALEJANDRO & MISMAEL The waiters at rooftop pool were always on their game. Constantly checking if we needed refills on drinks or if we needed to order appetizers or snacks. The entire rooftop bar staff was always friendly and engaging. The food was also delicious 😋
