Nov 04, 2026Another successful trip to Hacienda Encantada
Once again we had a great stay at Hacienda Encantada. We stayed 10/22-10/29/26. The grounds are beautiful. The food is so good and the service was excellent. We had excellent servers, Ingrid and Oscar at the infinity pool bar and restaurant. Teresa and Isabel at Las Marias and Adrian at Il Forno. All so kind and efficient. The pools are inviting with beautiful views. Pretty laid back. Rooms are always comfortable although could use some freshening up. Our room was super clean and the room attendants were all kind. We will definitely go back, can’t wait!

Overall the resort was very nice and the staff was friendly and helpful...except for Paulina at the front desk. She made the check-in process very frustrating. Also, the pricing for extras constantly changed, depending on who you asked...i.e cost for the shuttle varied from free, to $5 per person each way, to $7 pp, to eventually $8. The cost for valet parking ranged from free to $10 per night, to $12 per night.

Another nice stay at Haciendaa Encantada
My wife and I had another nice stay at Hacienda Encantada. We actually exchange from our home resort into Encantada because it has become out preferred resort. The staff, rooms, grounds, and restaurant / bar options are quite good. We'll probably be back next year too.

I was blown away and will be back.
Our stay at Hacienda Encantada Residences was absolutely unforgettable, largely thanks to our incredible host, Daniel! From the moment we arrived, Both Daniel and the housekeeping staff went completely above and beyond to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and pampered. They greeted us warmly, gave us an amazing orientation of the property, and went above and beyond (especially Daniel having to run my flip flops down to the beach sue to the ocean sweeping them away). Throughout our vacation, they were highly responsive, checking in just enough to ensure we had everything we needed while respecting our privacy. Daniel truly embodies world-class hospitality, and their passion for hosting shines through in every detail. We cannot recommend staying here enough and will definitely be back!

First Class Service
We stayed in a Residence in October and we're so impressed by the level of service we received. Our butler was Daniel Morales and he was truly remarkable. Day after day he was there for anything and everything we needed and always with a smile and a willingness to make everything perfect. The rest of the staff was also amazing! The housekeeping staff, and the pool and pool area staff were wonderful, and any maintenance issues were addressed within minutes! Even the outdoor BBQ grill was cleaned each day. Another perk was that getting golf cart transportation was easy and quick. We will definitely return!
