Had a wonderful stay at the Hamilton Princess. All their venues are top notch. We ate at Intrepid this evening. Ean was our waiter, he provided impeccable service as we sat at the chef's table and had one of the best meals of our stay in Bermuda.

One of the best resort experiences that we have had. The hospitality and customer service is outstanding. From the doorman, front desk, restaurant waitstaff, house keeping, bus driver etc. we experienced the most courteous and pleasant staff everyday of our 4 day stay. We stayed in a very large suite that overlooked the infinity pool and the harbor. The suite was very comfortable with nice towels and lovely high end toiletries. We were hesitant to stay in this area as the beach is a 20 min ride. However, their beach club was worth the ride. It was a pleasant shuttle ride that allowed us to take in some of the lovely scenery along the way. The beach is so beautiful, not particularly large, but lovely amenities with showers, kayaks, paddle boards, floats and waitstaff that comes to your chair. We took the first shuttle at 9:30 so it was crowded but I could see how later in the day the chairs fill up. They do have a full service restaurant there but I wish they had a snack shop to grab a granola bar, a small bag of chips or a nice piece of fruit rather than a full lunch. They also provide #30 sunscreen! My only critique for improvement is that there are several areas that need some updating. The hallway rugs and the elevator on our side of the building are quite outdated and the lobby where you check in is so dark. We ate in all of the 3 restaurants and had a great experience in each. The breakfast buffet is extensive with a tremendous array of choices. The waitstaff was so lovely, accommodating and gracious. Thank you Hamilton Princess, we will be back!

Every single staff member makes you feel as if they were just waiting for your arrival to make their day. Rolly, Peter, Pascal, and George in the Gold Lounge could not be more friendly, efficient, and attentive. This is our hotel of choice in Bermuda by far!

Outstanding service!!
Amazing service this evening as were told on arrival no seating left outside for dinner but Blyton went above and Beyond to accommodate us as we are a table of nine, of which we could all enjoy our last dinner together. Also want to mention waiter Fernandes for super friendly and great service! They have made our evening and stay a special one.

WOW! Our three days at the Hamilton Princess was one of the best hotel/resort experiences we have ever enjoyed. Everything was absolutely perfect - especially the staff. Three folks in particular deserve special acknowledgement - Rolly, George & Pascal. These 3 gentlemen look after guests in the Gold Lounge. I believe, if you look in the dictionary for a definition of hospitality, you will find their pictures. The Intrepid Restaurant was also a highlight of our stay. A beautiful place to stay in a beautiful country.
