    Nice enough. but even in season $421 is too much. The breakfast was nice and drinks at night was well done as well. Pool was clo

    Priced kinda high. The staff at the desk were not real frindly much at all. Hotel was clean and well maintained. The beach is behind Dennys close and nice. Plenty of restaurants walking distance....

    Great Stay!

    Loved everything here! We stayed for a night and enjoyed it. Order the quesadillas at the pool bar for dinner! You will not be disappointed!

    Nice stay before our cruise

    The staff were all so friendly and helpful, especially Kenny at the front desk. The bed was comfortable and happy hour was a nice bonus. Breakfast is pretty average for a hotel buffet.

    Good Location, Comfortable Stay

    I had an excellent stay at this property. The staff were professional and welcoming throughout my visit, and the location is ideal with a variety of restaurants within walking distance and the beach located directly across the street. The on-site pool area was well maintained and provided a relaxing space to unwind. The guest room was very well presented—clean, tastefully decorated, and consistent with the reliable Hampton brand standards. The furnishings were in good condition, and the television offered a wide selection of channels, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. There were only two minor concerns that stood out. The bathroom sink drained slowly, which was somewhat inconvenient, and the bath towels provided were unusually small and thin, requiring more than one to dry off properly. Despite these small issues, the stay was highly enjoyable, and I would not hesitate to return or recommend this property to others.

    A Week at Hampton Inn & Suites San Juan

    I've stayed here several times and find it more surprising that after so many years they still maintain the same Breakfast Items which remain Cold and the Pool Towels for Thin Side Adults. As a Man of a Big Size to charge a Resort Fee and have regular size Pool Towels is Confusing. You need to upgrade your Pool Towels to accommodate those of a larger size and do better with your Breakfast. The Sausage Links were so Dry and as were your tater tots that I had to place mine in the bagel toaster just to get them warm. Also the bathroom in Room 413 needs that Mold Cleaned and plaster above the shower. I chose this hotel because it is convenient and close to the airport. I hope that this review sheds light and that some of the issues are resolved in hopes of my return back in 2026
