Oct 12, 2026My favorite San Juan Hotel
Located in the Isla Verde area a short distance from Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport. You do NOT hear the airplanes from your room. A homey feel with friendly helpful staff that remembers repeat customers. Standard Hilton breakfast buffet every morning. The bar at the pool serves a great burger and an excellent churrasco. It's the only hotel I'll stay at in the San Juan area. The only bad thing I could say is the tile in the pool area is slippery when it gets wet. Rooms are clean and neat with a small coffee maker. Plenty of towels in the room, beach towels are available poolside. 24 hour patrols and secure gated parking for a fee but you can come and go as you please. Might be a bit more expensive than other options, but I think it's worth it for the location, convenience, and amenities.

I stayed in this hotel for four nights and it was amazing, I loved the rooms and the atmosphere but mostly I loved how the staff were so friendly and welcoming especially Kenny his charisma is so amazing and very unique. I would recommend to all my friends and family that would like to go to PR.

Excellent Hotel & Customer Service
I arrived today in my beautiful island of Puerto Rico from Arizona. I’m here because of my husband’s work (he is in the military), but I came ready to enjoy my island! As soon as I walked into the hotel, Claudia and Kenny welcomed me together with big smiles and a warm “WELCOME!” There is nothing better than feeling welcomed by our own people. I am beyond grateful for the wonderful service they both provided from the moment I entered the hotel. They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable and truly welcomed. Thank you, Kenny and Claudia, for helping make our island such a warm and welcoming place for those of us who come to visit. Leilani Figueroa

Best staff, clean, and elegant.
The location is very close to the airport, which for our quick trip was very helpful and convenient. It was also within walking distance to the beach, which gave us time to relax in between running our errands. The room was spacious and very clean. It looked modern and updated (which I find important, especially when it comes to bathrooms). We did not hear any noise from our room, which was nice. The service and amenities were also nice. We were helped by Claudia and Kenny who were amazing, and very friendly, very helpful, and made us feel so welcome. I appreciate how patient they were when we had a ton of questions. And pretty much all the staff that we encountered were great. Everyone was so kind and friendly. It would definitely make me want to stay with them again.
