  Unforgettable couples trip, the hospitality was unreal

  My girlfriend and I just spent three nights at the Hard Rock Hotel Cancun and it was an unforgettable trip! From check-in, the hospitality was unreal. When we got to our room, we were greeted with champagne and personalized macarons, which was such a thoughtful surprise. The food at every restaurant was delicious, and the room service was remarkably fast every single time. We spent hours chilling by the third-floor pools and soaking in the ocean views. The service throughout the resort was top-notch, especially the concierges Ivan and Santi who made sure everything ran smoothly for us. We also booked a couples massage at the spa, which was definately one of the highlights, leaving us so relaxed. To top it all off, the Michael Jackson tribute show they hosted was an extremely perfect night of entertainment with incredible dancing and energy. We loved every minute of our stay and cannot wait to come back to this paradise!

  Beautiful place and amazing experience

  I had the opportunity to perform at Hard Rock Hotel Cancun, and my girlfriend and I stayed for three nights. From the moment we arrived, the entire experience was incredible. We received such a warm welcome, and everything was already perfectly organized. They had made reservations for us at several of the hotel’s restaurants, and when we arrived in our room, we found champagne, chocolates, a really cool chocolate shaped like headphones, and even personalized macarons with my name on them. It was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel very special from the very beginning. The food was delicious throughout our stay, and the room service was incredibly fast — everything would arrive within minutes. We also really enjoyed the pools on the third floor and all the different amenities around the hotel. What stood out the most, though, was the service. The concierges were always attentive and ready to help. A special thank you to Ivan, who helped me tremendously, as well as Santi and Luis, who were always incredibly kind and attentive. Mariana from Music Lab also took amazing care of us. We recorded a video during my time there, and the final result and editing were incredible. It was such a great experience and a beautiful memory to take home with us. Everywhere we went — the restaurants, amenities, pool areas, and throughout the hotel — the staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and professional. We also had a couples massage, which was absolutely amazing and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. And on a personal note, I’m a huge Michael Jackson fan, so I was very lucky to catch the Michael Jackson show while we were there. The performer was an excellent dancer and artist, and I really enjoyed the show. Overall, it was an amazing three-night experience, both as an artist performing at the hotel and as a guest enjoying it with my girlfriend. The attention to detail, hospitality, food, entertainment, and especially the people made our stay memorable. Highly recommended, and I would absolutely love to come back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Brilliant experiece, perfect staff, perfect hotel.

  Great overall hotel. What you would expect from a hard rock hotel. We have stayed at this one and tenerife both excell and both brilliant. The rooms - Brilliant, with a choice of pillow these rooms are large, comfy and perfect for a couple and i would say family The food - There is a live pizza making station with fries and burgers etc for lunch. This is 10/10. The breakfast was amazing 10/10. The only part that slightly let the hotel down was the food on a night. I did however just goto the live pizza station and brought it into the restaurant. The Staff - overall all friendly all polite and all very helpful 10/10 The entertainment - this is where it slightly lacks, there is entertainment but it is in a seperate theatre. It may be personal preference but i prefer the style of entertainment that is on and where you are next to the bar so you can sit, chill, drink and watch all at once. Location - We didnt venture out of the hotel other than excursions so cannot fully comment but i think it is quite far out from the main centre. Nothing an uber cant fix.. Beach - We dont do beaches but every morning i saw staff clearing up all the seaweed. So thats good. We stayed in rock royalty. I dont think this is worth the upgrade. We had a private check in but this was busier than normal check in so we ended up waiting 30min to check in when the checkin desk was empty. It was a nice way to check in as was drinks and seats. The actual rock royalty level wasnt locked off so we didnt get it to ourselves so to speak. It was being used by every guest and staff wasnt making none rock royalty leave. But the staff on this level where brilliant. They saved us our sun beds. Looked after us well. Overall 10/10 and i will 100% be visiting more hard rock hotels in the future. Thanks guys!

  Nice premium all inclusive experience

  If you are a hard rock fan then this place is just as good as all the others . The all inclusive format is not my personal favourite but these guys do it very well indeed. Booking the restaurants is quite tricky as you have to queue in the morning to ensure your place and the places are snapped up fast. The hotel is located on the beach strip in cancun . There is a real party atmosphere and the staff are extremely kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and the cleaning ladies very diligent. We really enjoyed the barbecues which took place most days beside the pool and also the all day availability of pizza from the oven. Personally I enjoyed the frozen daiquiris but the beer selection was not very good with often only the dark Modelo available at the bars. The Italian restaurant Ciao was great , Jose Chi took great care of us there . Special thanks to Giorgio who gave me the tour of the rock memorabilia.

  Terrible service.

  We were treated very poorly. Dinner reservations were refused (due to the size of our group), and even when accepted, they weren't always honored at dinnertime. Numerous errors occurred, ranging from the booking of excursions to the return transfer. All the staff members were very rude. Terrible experience; I will never go back.
