Dec 10, 2025Another fabulous vacation at Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos
My husband and I love this resort and go there 2 times a year. What we love most is the amazing service and attentive staff. Everyone is so friendly and does their very best to make sure you have a superior vacation. We think the rooms are tastefully decorated. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. We notice all the time that attention to keeping the resort clean and well kept is a priority. Our housekeeper Nayeli was so sweet and kept our room in order! My husband plays golf at a course nearby, but we spend our days relaxing at the pool and enjoying the beautiful views of the beach, water, whales, and sunsets. We had amazing massages with Heidi, Sandra, and Alondra. This is a great spa!! We were always warmly greeted at the restaurants, Daniela and Montserrat always so happy to see us! Juan and Selena were everywhere and never too busy to stop and check on us. Jose, the manager at Toro made sure everything was running smoothly, again, always with a friendly greeting. Victor and Ivan were excellent waiters, and we loved our filet mignon. Others who made our meal time experiences so great were Cesar, Hanani and Lolo at the Market. Rebecca, Pily and Samantha at Zen. Sandy the manager at Los Gallos. At the Legendary pool, these men were awesome at customer service whether with towels, drinks or food: Aaron, Dani Jr, Felix, Rafael, Jorge and Freddy made the best drinks. Fabiana and Alexia planned a beautiful Brazilian evening with dinner and a fantastic show!! These 2 women are so enthusiastic and excited about guests having a memorable vacation. The 2 people who really made our vacation so amazing were the best butlers, Chetan and Edson!!!! No matter how busy they were, they made us feel special. They really listened, and took care of the details so we could just relax and have a vacation that people dream of. We regard them as our friends!! We can't wait to be back!!

We alwasy have such a great time. Dani Perez at the pool conceirge and with his work mates David, Angel and Dash and ALSO the Enterainment gut Tony GREAT GREAT people!!! Our vacation wouldn't have been the same withiut all of them

Cabo Hard Rock Leads the Pack
What an experience ! As legendary members we visit the Hard Rock all-inclusives at least once a year, but the Hard Rock Cabo is our favorite. It elegantly brings the natural beauty of the landscape into the hotel, creating a sense of luxury. As we visited in December, the whales graced our aqua blue water of our beaches every day. And the service? @Fabiana was absolutely amazing,leading the teams to make sure every need and every event was perfect. From birthday celebrations for my husband in the room and at awaken your senses,to greeting all members at the events - she and her team - Juan Manuel, Jonathan, Raul - just spot on. Pool service Manuel just knocked it out of the park - every day. At the restaurants Diego from Los Gallos was exceptional. You can’t ask for a better experience - Thank you Hard Rock Family!

Lovely family vacation spot
Our family of four will be leaving tomorrow after a week here at the hard rock. We have had an amazing trip! At first we were in a room that was lovely but the hot water took a long time so we complained and we were upgraded. Irina, one of the concierges, is amazing. She has checked on us every day since the upgrade and has delivered thoughtful amenities and personalized notes. We have truly enjoyed our stay here!! Beautiful hotel with amazing pools and a good vibe. 🤩

Hard Rock Cabo and Legendary Experience Butlers were AMAZING. Really set the bar for future vacations
The resort was amazing and our two Legendary Experience Butlers were outstanding . Chetan Phondekar and Edson Solano were excellent. They were so attentive and knowledgeable. Taking care of every deal made the vacation so much more enjoyable. They provided valuable assistance everyday and made sure whatever we wanted was provided at the resort and with booking a snorkeling cruise that was amazing. If you have the opportunity, book with this dynamic duo. These guys are all in on customer service.
