    Great food and drink with excellent service

    We enjoyed a relaxing stay in our first trip to Hard Rock Los Cabos. I would say this is our favorite of the Hard Rock properties. We found the service to be top notch from start to finish. Alberto and Carlos took great care of us as Bellman on arrival and departure. Our Butlers Oscar and Raul did a good job setting everything up for us. We did not have to think about anything during our entire trip. We enjoyed the spa services a great deal, my wife said Emi gave the best massage she has ever had! We thought the food and drink was a bit elevated from what we have seen at some other places. Tito took great care of us at the Members Pool swim up bar, also the pool food menu was definitely a step up from the norm. The sushi bar dinner was a highlight, Miguel created a unique experience, and we highly recommend. Cristian and David at the Sunlight Bar took great care of us, David is definitely a character, and he makes you feel welcomed. Crisitan and Santos came up with some outstanding cocktails. Their attention to detail, and their desire to not just give you a drink, but to find unique things that you will enjoy, while really creating an experience, is just next level. They could hang with any high end cocktail bar in the United States. Everything was smooth, easy, and fun. We will definitely be back.

    Great family vacation

    Resort was beautiful and clean. The customer service was top notch and if you travel with kids you must check out the kids club. The workers in the Roxie Kids Club were absolutely amazing and made our son’s vacation and allowed myself to be able to fully relax. The poolside entertainment was great and if you can splurge a super cabana is awesome.

    Amazing Service!

    Amazing trip! First, the service is top notch! We upgraded to Rock Royalty and had the pleasure of working with Danny Blood and Ted Lima throughout our stay. They took care of every little detail! The service at the main pool did not disappoint…. Joan, Christopher Rueben and Rafael were the best! We highly recommend the Awaken Your Senses dinner! The immersive experience, food, drink, and company will no be forgotten. One slight complaint…. The Legendary staff are like vultures awaiting their prey as soon as you walk in the door. The hardcore sales pitch and guilt trip was not appreciated. Other than that…. I would highly recommend Hard Rock! If you upgrade, ask for Danny Blood! His attention to detail was amazing!

    Great service and excellent food!

    My wife and I went to the Hard Rock Los Cabos for a 4-night stay in a Rock Royalty Ocean View room. We had a great experience! The resort looked wonderful and the staff provided amazing service. We didn’t really know what to expect in a Rock Royalty booking since this was our first Hard Rock stay but our personal assistants made our upgraded stay worth it. Danny Blood and Ted Lima were there for anything we needed whether it was just to check in and make sure everything was going well or to easily make a spa reservation. They truly added a nice white glove touch to our stay. We spent most days at the Lyric Pool just relaxing and it was exactly what we were looking for. The pool concierge staff made sure we always had what we needed and the wait staff was constantly hustling and working to provide the best service. Jorge and Felix were always there for us even if we weren’t in their section and simply just to make sure we were taken care of. One of the other highlights was the food. We had previously stayed at other resorts in Cabo and the dinners at Hard Rock surpassed my expectations. Our two favorite dinners were at Zen (Chinese/Japanese dishes and hibachi). JC had amazing energy as our waiter and greeted us by name when we came back a couple nights later. He made great recommendations and really made us feel welcome. The only reason I gave this resort a 4 and not a 5 was due the constant Legendary Vacation Club pitches. I know this comes with many resorts but it felt as if we were being specifically sought out even more because we booked an upgraded room. If this was reduced to just the usual pitch at check in I would have given a 5. However, even with this I will be considering staying at the Hard Rock Los Cabos in the future mostly due to the wonderful staff and service we received.

    Our 39th Wedding Anniversary

    We had a wonderful stay at HR Los Cabos for our 39th Wedding Anniversary! It was our second visit to Los Cabos this year, so it was like going back and seeing old friends. We got through customs super fast and waited about 25 minutes for our private transportation to the hotel. Jorge was our driver, very efficient. Our ride to the resort, about an hour from the airport, was seamless. We are Hall of Fame Members and on arrival we were greeted by our butlers Chetan and Jonathan. After our private check-in Chetan showed us to our room. We were in a Rock Royalty room which faces the ocean, and he had a "Happy Anniversary" plate with treats waiting for us in our room. Arturo arrived shortly with our bags and gave us a detailed explanation of the room features, such as making sure the sliding doors are shut for the A/C to work! Our butlers Chetan and Jonathan made our week carefree and enjoyable by taking care of our dinner reservations, spa appointments, confirming our transportation, and satisfying every request. We were there for a week and had dinner at most of the restaurants. We went to Los Gallos (Mexican) twice, one of our favorites! Alfonso was our server the first night and he was great! We had the poblano soup and it was excellent. Highly recommend! We went to Toro (steakhouse) twice, and Eduardo did an excellent job. Very attentive, my wine glass was never empty. Ciao (Italian) was excellent both times we dined there. Alfonso and Gustavo were wonderful. Alfonso remembered us from Los Gallos the previous night, it was nice to be remembered. Since it is the slow season not all of the restaurants are open every night, they rotate, so he was serving in several capacities at the various restaurants. The closure of some of the restaurants isn't really a problem, as long as you know in advance and can plan accordingly, so you make sure you get into your favorites! Some nights only 4 of the 7 were open. Breakfasts are buffet style, and there are 2 to choose from, along with a little coffee shop by the lobby. We love our breakfasts with our custom made omelets and scrambled eggs. We looked forward to seeing our servers Alan and Brandon every morning! Always ready with our coffee and green juice! We usually had lunch poolside, but did eat at The Market one day, and Emiliano was very good, even helping my husband carry his plate back to the table. My husband has trouble with mobility, so we coordinated with the butlers ahead of time to make sure there was a scooter there upon our arrival, since we don't like bringing his wheelchair on the planes for fear it will get wrecked. The rental is through an outside vendor, and is $40/day, plus $100 refundable deposit. He spends most of his time at the gym doing his physical therapy. Alex and Aurora in the gym were very helpful, and always happy to see him. He also enjoys the spa, both the hydrotherapy area and the massages. Enrique, Alex, and Alberto in the hydrotherapy area helped him by momentarily turning off the jets of the whirlpool so he could see the steps to safely get out. He had some relaxing massages with Ginger and Betty. He had a massage by Ginger on our last visit and was sure to ask for her again! I spent my days at the Member's Legendary Pool. The pool was great the first couple days, then a storm came through and it got windy and colder. That didn't stop us, we were on vacation! Our pool concierges Dani, Kev, David, and Isma made sure we had our towels and chairs set up each morning, and checked on us throughout the day. Our servers Ivan and Ruben made sure we had our drinks of choice, and brought yummy fish tacos, french fries, and guac to keep our tummies full at the pool! Finally, what's a visit to Hard Rock without the Michael Jackson show! Always a treat that we look forward to! There are nightly shows or karaoke, so you are never bored. After the show, we always visit our favorite bartender, Christian, in the Skylight Bar. He makes the BEST Chocolate Martinis! Christian is our absolute favorite employee at Hard Rock, and we look forward to seeing him every visit! Overall it was a wonderful stay and we can't wait to go back!
