Mar was assigned to me to make sure I had everything I need. She did a wonderful job. Especially on my last evening when I caught a bad cold and she went out of her way to get me medication.

We had a wonderful stay at Hard Rock Los Cabos, and the highlight was definitely our concierge, Armando. He went above and beyond to make my birthday extra special, arranging beautiful details and decorations in our room, along with thoughtful surprises and little treats, including a birthday cake. He was incredibly attentive and proactive, always checking in and making himself available whenever we needed anything. His personalized service truly made my birthday memorable. The entire staff was also warm, welcoming, and friendly throughout our stay. The property and grounds were beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. For a family-friendly all-inclusive, we were happy with the variety of food options. Each restaurant offered its own unique experience, and there was something for everyone. I also enjoyed that each pool had its own atmosphere, with an adults-only option when we wanted a quieter break. The entertainment could have been better but it may have just been the days we were there (early in the week) , but overall, we felt we received great value for what we paid. Armando and the wonderful staff were a big part of what made our stay such a positive experience.

Bext experience ever
Excellent service, specially by 4 people, 3 of them on the legendary pool area: Manuel, Ruben and Marco, which always showed an excellent disposition to please us, going beyond the mile to keep us feeling at home all the time. The fourth person is Pilar, waitress at the Zen restaurant, her kindness and suggestions made our dinner experience and amazing one. Thank you Pilar, Manuel, Rubén and Marco! Amazing Food and A+ Service From an Incredible Team
We loved our stay at Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos! Being an Expedia Platinum member was definitely a great perk because we received a complimentary room upgrade. However, the view from the upgraded room wasn’t very good. Check-in was also disappointing. We arrived before noon and were told we should be able to check in early because of the resort’s low occupancy, but we didn’t receive our room until after 4 p.m. Our concierge, Armando, provided A+ service and literally made our entire trip better. He helped me plan my girlfriend’s 35th birthday and went above and beyond to ensure every detail was handled and all our needs were met. His attention, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made a huge difference. When we return, I will definitely request him again, and I highly recommend that other guests do the same. The food was amazing! We had dinner at UMO, the Oaxacan BBQ restaurant, and Toro Steakhouse. Both were excellent—honestly, the food was even better than our dinner at Sunset Monalisa. Make sure you request Arnoldo as your server at UMO because his service was outstanding and deserves recognition. Armando, the bartender from Mazatlán, and the gentleman from Guerrero who worked alongside him also provided excellent service at both the adults-only pool and Pulse. They made great drinks, kept the conversations going, and made our time at the pools much more enjoyable. Along with the drink runners, they worked nonstop to keep everyone hydrated and taken care of. They are truly the backbone of the Hard Rock pools and deserve recognition for their dedication and hospitality. The one area that needs improvement is breakfast. The only choices were two buffet-style restaurants serving nearly the same food. We wanted to try the à la carte breakfast at Los Gallos, but it was never open during our stay. More variety and a dependable à la carte option would make the experience much better. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely return. The incredible food and exceptional staff are what truly made this trip memorable!
