Dec 20, 2025Thanksgiving Week - Best Vacation EVER!!
We stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos for five nights, this marked our sixth year in a row returning for Thanksgiving week. It has become a special family tradition, and it is truly the people who keep us coming back. Thanksgiving week here is magical. We watched whales breaching offshore during their migration, and baby turtles being released. The ocean is gorgeous but not swimmable. Between the pools, water slides, and activities, we never leave the resort. Our teenage boys love it here and they are perfectly entertained. From the moment we arrived, Manager Mario welcomed us warmly and ensured our rooms were perfect. Mario connected us with Usman, who went above and beyond all week. Together they helped coordinate dinner reservations and made our son’s 18th birthday unforgettable with balloons, a special poolside lunch, and a birthday dinner at Toro with a cake. At Toro, Chefs Joe and Moises delivered incredible meals, and Jose, the manager, stood out for his kindness and leadership. Breakfast at Los Gallos was made special by Susi, Javier, Lily, and Luz. Evenings at Zen Sushi Bar were a highlight, thanks to Chef Angeles (Alex), the Teppanyaki Grill, and our wonderful hostess Leslie. At the pools, Dani greeted us each morning, Manuel and Ruben took great care of us at the Pulse Pool, and Andres helped us celebrate our son’s 18th birthday. Bowling with Denise, who remembered us from years ago, was another special touch. Evenings at the Moonlight Bar with Ramon, and at the Legendary Pool Bar with Ublando, were always welcoming. The resort is beautiful, but it is the people, their pride, and their care that make Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos exceptional. Every year, the Hard Rock Hotel continues to raise the bar, and this trip was no exception. The incredible service from Mario and the rest of the team is what keeps us coming back. Thank you for making our sixth visit spectacular—we’re already looking forward to our seventh trip!

Great resort, great food, exceptional staff
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at the Hard Rock Resort in Los Cabos. Everything exceeded our expectations. The food was spectacular and the chefs really went above and beyond to accommodate my son's food allergies. He did not have a single reaction to any food cross contamination during our 9 day stay. Felix from the Lyric Pool was great! He was super friendly and always kept the drinks coming and always made sure we had a bed to lay in the sun even when it was super busy. I'm sad we didn't get to see him before we left but we will be back to see him again! The one main reason that made our stay so spectacular was our dedicated concierge agent Manny. He's super friendly and made our stay stress free. He was always so attentive to our needs and continuously checked in on us during our stay. He made reservations when we needed to and cancelled reservations when we needed to. If I had any questions about anything he was always quick to respond. Manny went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of the whole time. He truly enjoys his job and definitely deserves to be recognized for his hard work and hospitality. I am so grateful and appreciative to him. He definitely elevated our Rock Royalty stay! I highly, highly recommend anyone coming to the Hard Rock to request Manny as your personal concierge. We will definitely be coming back as this resort is 5⭐ and Manny is a 10⭐!!

Best of services by personal assistants.
Apart from the restaurants and other amenities available to us, we had Justin and Armando as our assistants in the suite. They were so attentive and caring in the entire trip. We could depend on them for anything and everything. Whatever need we had they took care of it so promptly. We were floored with the hospitality they both provided . One of the best highlights of this trip. My husband needed physical help at times , they were there for us within 5 mn of our calling. And helped us without any issues. I will never forget their kind gestures and feel very thankful for the help they provided when we needed. They tried making our stay as comfortable as possible. From arranging a fan to a shuttle . They were there from the beginning till the end of the trip with us. Thanks Justin and Armando. You made our trip so special.

Review of our stay at HRLC.
We had our typical exceptional experience at HRLC and our two butlers Jonathan and Raul were great. The food was very good and the Sunlit Bar had a full menu of wonderful libations. Christian was an exceptional bartender and served us an array of drinks.

family get away
so much to do and staff were very attentive... fun excursions and no need to leave the resort with plenty of things if you don't want to leave. If you are able to do the awaken your senses dinner please do... one of the highlights of the trip
