Beautiful views, wonderful food, excellent staff, lots to keep the kids and their parents busy. The rooms were great..a little small…but it worked. The private beach was amazing. Seeing the schools of fish swim by was a beautiful experience.

Great vacation
We had an awesome week thanks to our Butler's Paola and Mater they took care us with all our needs thanks to them we had a worry free week. Vianey was great and Miguel Romeo Santo was great too Frank at the Linkin park was Amazing was quick and attentive

We had a great trip traveling under our HOF membership. A special thank you to our butlers Moises and Paola for going above and beyond! They made sure our trip was unforgettable. The activities were so much fun. We traveled with our niece and 2 nephews and stayed in a presidential suite. The room was spacious and the views were fantastic. The restaurants were also great. We will definitely revisit.

Excellent Service!
We have been travelling to HRRM since 2011. It's one of our favorite resorts and we come 1-2 times per year. Why? Because the staff never disappoints! This past trip was no exception - we were lucky to have Moises and Paola as our butlers and they were on top of everything! They did all of our dinner reservations, reserved pool chairs and sent us the daily activity calendars first thing in the am. We miss them already! The rest of the staff was also so friendly, food was great - Shout out to Roberto in Los Gallos - his smile and recommendations were on point! I see people commenting on the rooms..... we don't stay in the rooms much, but we had room 2216. Had an awesome housecleaning crew, room service was fantastic, great AC and hot water plus a decent view of the ocean! I know these are expected things, but so many fellow travelers complain about basic necessities - we had zero issues. We were on the Adult Only side, and the pool service and Adult Only restaurants are a must do! Our favorite restaurant is Toro, food was exceptional and I am just sad we only went one time during this past trip. Zen was equally as good and we don't even do the Hibachi anymore, as the regular menu is abundant and very pleasing. Any downfalls..... yes! When we started coming to this resort, the entire resort was Adults Only and now the AO side is down to 2 buildings.... I don't dislike children, but having them in the majority of the restaurants and both lobbies is very different for us. We just vacation to relax and kids running around is not our vibe. If you see Elias Herrejon walking around - he is checking on you to make sure your vacation is amazing! We are thankful he has been a constant at the resort for many years and his attention to details has been passed down to all of the butler teams! We did the Bali Beds one day and our server," Homie" from Cali was amazing! What a great personality and so friendly! Never an empty drink! You are lucky is you ger him! I am already looking to book another tip! Miss you HRRM Team!

Lots to do, lots to eat, great service
Food was good, lots of fun activities, service was very good. Beaches were beautiful, lots of fish. Also our butlers were amazing. Our hotel was also great and clean, housekeeping came by multiple times a day. Room service was also perfect and available 24/7.
