Our favorite resort!
Hard Rock Riviera Maya is our favorite resort! We love all the restaurants, the protected beach, and my son loved Vibe City. Oscar down at the Roja pool made sure we had everything we needed with towels and our umbrellas opened. He was such a pleasure to get to know! Our Butlers, Daniel and Emmanuel made our trip even better! I was able to sit back and they took care of scheduling everything from our restaurant reservations to pool chairs to even having the paramedics check out my daughter's leg! If you have a chance to do the Awaken Your Senses dinner, I highly recommend it!! We will 100% come back. Thank you!!

10/10 service!
This was our second time returning to the Hard Rock Riveria Maya in 9 months, and we’d return again in a heartbeat! Carlos at the Eden pool is the best, remembering us from our previous visit, and our drinks order!! The food at this resort is incredible and every member of staff could not do enough for us! On our last day, the staff at the Faro restaurant gave us a special dessert & drink to thank us for visiting! We’ll definitely be returning!
