Had a great time. The entertainment team including Georgia and Reed made sure there was always fun times at the pool. The food was excellent especially Jazmin’s service at Zen! Had a great week!

The service at this resort is why it it's so great and keeps us coming back. Sun Bar staff are always the friendliest. Milton is always there to greet you with a smile and a hug? A special shout out to Gregorio who provided the best service and has become a true friend. Bartender Adrian makes the best cocktails! Pool service provided by Elizabeth, Alex and Isaac with smiles and always quick to make sure you were looked after. Dinner at Zen was excellent - sat at the Sushi Bar and was treated to some excellent sushi by the chefs (can't remember their names). Caio was great for both breakfast (service by Lalo) and dinner. Every morning I looked forward to seeing Alma at the towel bar (always remembered my name). Overall, a great stay!

Umo Restaurant is super yummy
Umo restaurant @ the Hard Rock Hotel in Puerto Vallarta is excellente!!! Johnny Bravo is the waiter you want! Guava Maragarita was outstanding. Try the rib eye taco & the cream corn soup - you will not be sorry!

Ciao restaurant
Moises is the best server in Ciao restaurant. Also the food is really good and recommend for all family. Excellent service
