Always an amazing experience at Hard Rock Vallarta!! Our waiters were awesome!! Very good food and service at the UMI. Our servers Jonathan and Adrian were very conscientious of food allergies! Such as celiac. Thank you!!

Great trip every time for the last 10 years
We love going to the Hard Rock in Vallarta. The hotel is great. The beach is wonderful with beautiful sunsets. We have been going for at least 10 years. The staff is wonderful. The butler team of Uriel, Francisco and Alex were extremely attentive and as on past trips always delightful. Other great staff/ beach waitresses Diane and Zhu, Rosie managing the Market and Mayber at the coffee station We are already planning our return for 2027

One year wedding anniversary trip.
The hard rock hotel was a fun experience! All of the cool memorabilia along with a fantastic staff that took care of every need.

Had an absolute amazing experience for our first time in Vallarta! We got to be in the beautifully renovated rooms(I suggest 2056) steps from everything .. the Lobby, the Pool , the Beach and the market . Everything was great! Elizabeth was a ray of sunshine everyday and superb service! The only thing we would suggest is more gluten free options and a wider variety of foods at the buffet. Definitely will be back!

UMO restaurant great new addition!
Starting the new year at one of our favorite spots in Mexico. We enjoyed Dinner tonight at one of their new restaurants on the property, UMO. The service and menu selections were great. Authentic grilled seafood and a variety of meat proteins, seafood & vegetarian options. Everything was prepared perfectly, great flavors & sauces and beautifully presented. The dessert selections were great. We enjoyed a seafood stew and grilled variety of seafood including the catch of the day, Dorado. Thank you Jonathan for your excellent service and the rest of the UMO staff for your attention.
